“Our 2011 Honda Accord was having problems accelerating while we were driving from Massachusetts to the Mount Washington Hotel in New Hampshire on vacation. We pulled over, called AAA, and Brett from Wes Ward Auto/Trahan Towing called us to let us know they were on their way. We were only 2.5 miles from the hotel and Brett provided a tow directly to the hotel allowing us to salvage most of our vacation. They called to explain the clip/seal came apart which caused the axle to loosen resulting in transmission fluid leaking out and quoted a fair price to do the repair. In addition, they returned the vehicle to the hotel within a half-hour of our checking out 2-days later. Brett and the mechanics at Wes Ward provided Excellent Customer Service with fair and transparent pricing! Having our car die like that was unsettling but if it had to happen, we are grateful for Brett and Wes Ward Auto!”
