Not only that, he was willing to cheat on duties if I pretended it was personal mail. If I needed an exchange or refund I was not sure he would deal with it lawfully. In the end I paid a few dollars more by purchasing from Victrola Repair Services, but it was the worth the peace of mind. Our email correspondence was quick as he gave me the information I needed and he was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. I received my parcel in satisfactory time.”
