Package expected 8/28 still hasn’t been delivered on 8/31. Now set for 9/1. I live in a very rural town and they hate coming here but I paid for my package to be delivered and I needed it for a gift today! I am really PO’d!!! Plus you can’t get a local phone number to see when it’s actually coming!!

Diver drove passed my house and marked my package delivered. Didn't even stop, must of seen what was in it, NEW FOLD 5. Hope it was worth their job, I have cameras. Reported driver as soon as it happened, I was excited and waiting at the door. Big mistake.

FedEx is simply unreliable for where I live in New Hampshire. They can make 6 deliveries to my home with no problem, then they can’t seem to be able to find the home that they have delivered to successfully in the past. I live in an unincorporated area of New Hampshire. There are several unincorporated areas in New Hampshire that have full time residents including well known Dixville, Wentworth Location, and others.None of these unincorporated areas have their own post office. Consequently, the Post Office will assign those who live in these areas the zip code of the nearest Post Office that is not located in the unincorporated area. Residents of these unincorporated areas are also give a free Post Office box at the Post Office so that they can pick up their mail.When one places an online order, the automated order taking software will not accept a delivery address of a Zip Code with a town name that does not match where that post office is located. Furthermore, in my example living in Millsfield, the Post Office assigned us the zip code of 03579, which is the very same zip code of where the nearest Post Office is located.Additionally, the zip code of 03579 is not only assigned to Millsfield, it is also assigned to about a half dozen other unincorporated areas where Errol is the nearest post office. I always make sure that Millsfield is somewhere in the delivery address. If I can enter it as a Company name on the order taking software, I do that. If I can enter MIllsfield as a second address line, I do that. Millsfield is ALWAYS part of my delivery address!One would think that when a successful delivery is made by FedEx to a resident who lives in an unincorporated area the driver would be able to record GPS coordinates of the successful delivery location so that other FedEx delivery drivers would know exactly where to make future deliveries. But apparently FedEx does not do this. Apparently new drivers will search only the area where the Post Office is located, without bothering to look in other areas that have been assigned that very same zip code.So, in my case, after several previous successful deliveries to my home, apparently a different driver was assigned to delivery my parcel last Friday. The parcel was not delivered Friday, and a promise to deliver Saturday was made. It wasn't delivered on Saturday, and a Monday delivery was promised. There was no delivery on Monday either. On Tuesday, the good news is that the parcel was delivered. The bad new is that it was delivered to a home located about a half a mile from where I live.UPS NEVER has this problem! They successfully deliver to my home, which is located right on a State Highway, multiple times each week. I have now reached a point where, if a vendor is using FedEx for deliveries, I'll opt for a different vendor that uses UPS. Maybe FedEx works great for where you live, but FedEx really doesn't work reliably where I live right on a NH State highway.

I had waited all day for the package. It was my new debit card out for delivery by 4:30p.m.. 4:30 p.m. came and went. No debit card. I checked tracking. 4:30 p.m. was updated to "by end of day". End of the day came and went. Still no debit card. I was getting hungry so I managed some cash and went out to eat, had to get out of the house! I returned home about 10 p.m.. Still no package, no debit card. I checked tracking. It said "Delayed" and delivery was rescheduled to the following day. No delivery attempt had been made. No apology, no details. This was a FedEx Priority Overnight package.

I went and stood in the doorway to the office for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out and no one did. They do not close till 5:15 and I was there at 4:50. Absolutely ridiculous! My package needs to be dropped off today to make it on time and now it won’t be.

This is a 1 star review only because ZERO STARS isn't possible! I arrived at 10:00 am and by 10:05am 4 FedEx employees came outside to smoke, have a chat and look at something on their cell phones. At 10:10am a man opened the front doors with an irritated expression on his face and completely unwelcoming demeanor. He did not say a word to me or the woman standing next to me. He let out multiple "sighs" to the point of me thinking I might need to call an ambulance because he was obviously having either a difficult time breathing or was under some type of mental duress. When I put my package on the table and stated the destination, he again let out multiple sighs (maybe Fedex should check their ventilation system and pump some oxygen in for these poor employees so they can breathe better). He asked for my phone number, I gave him the number, he repeated it back incorrectly so I corrected him (more sighing occurred). Much to his delight, when I gave him the shipping address- which is a PO Box, he informed me (no sighing this time) that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT OPEN ON TIME!

I'd give zero stars if there was an option. Absolutely horrendous service with the worst communication. I had a package delivery scheduled but kept getting text messages informing me that the package is delayed. Therefore, I was not at the location to pick it up. Come to find out that the delivery truck was there 3 times!! Never received a courtesy phone call, and missed all three opportunities to receive the package. I now have to pick it up myself but could never fit it in my sedan. It is heavy and large . I spoke to a rep at the location, not exactly forthcoming, even though I told her I kept getting misinformed by Fedex as to the delivery date, she would not arrange for the package to be delivered, repeating that 3x is maximum. How about the misleading text messages informing me that 'package is delayed'??? I paid 500 dollars for shipping. Can not reach the actual office in St. Johnsbury VT, all I am getting is robot like people who do not listen at all to what I'm saying. Terrible service and I wish I didn't ever have to use them again.

Drove half an hour to this center FedEx office and hub and arrived at 10:20 am. The center advertised that it was open at 10 am, but the doors were locked, but the lights were on. A person waiting in front of me had been waiting for 15 minutes. Finally the other customer walked around to one of the busy loading bay and asked an employee what the story was. She said that the attendant was off doing another task. I was not willing to wait and left. I came back at 2 pm and it was open and entered the office and rang a little bell at the desk. Five minutes later a young man came out, but didn't apologize for the delay. He was quit grumpy and very short with me when helping me. Next time I will drive to the UPS store in Stowe for better service.
