A big franchise with a small town feel. The store manager is very pro-active and friendly, as are the employees in the front. The manager of the pharmacy is very responsive and helpful, too. I feel like a valued customer.

The virtual assistant is horrible. Everytime I call in there is an issue. This last time it told me I had no prescriptions to fill even though I provided a rx number with refills available.

everyone at st johnsbury kinneys is kind and caring I know most of the staff very friendly but extremely busy. I love going here because i’m on a personnel level with them I won’t go anywhere else
