I've frequented Maple Fields for the past 6 years now. It's an excellent experience every time. The staff is always very friendly and they're always busy, cleaning and seems to be a great team setting overall. I love that they have Amatos right inside along the store. The menu is great The way it is but very customizable and they've always made anything I ordered fresh. The Italians are excellent there, Being able to get home fries for breakfast is one of my favorites being it's so close to home for my morning newspaper run. The staff there feels very welcoming, and Emile the Amatos manager and his crew are always very busy but, always take the time to say hello and share a laugh,they always have fresh food out on the hot plate and the variety of choices which is always good. I look forward to my morning walk there every day. The restrooms are always very clean. I'm Thankful to have not only a great 24 hour gas station close to home but the staff and the service they're all providing in this town is what we need more of around here.

The guy working at amatos the pizza place was beyond rude. He was clearly having a bad day but to start a fight with customers is not acceptable. We aren't responsible for his bad day or for store policy. I will never return after such a hostile situation

Very rude customer service from the cashier.
I only stopped because of the IRVING 24 cardlock pumps, but they aren't actually connected to the IRVING CARDLOCK system so it's an actual pain in the butt to walk back and forth to activate the pumps.
I'll never go back to this location!

Well stocked. Truck stop. Sit down tables. 3 bathrooms. One with a full shower station. Clean. Friendly staff.

Manager yelled at my girlfriend through the door of the bathroom because our dogs were in the car. Manager said it was too hot for them, but it was cloudy, easily in the 70s, the windows were open, and they had water. She told her we can never leave our dogs in the car there again. I seriously doubt this is the treatment all customers get for having dogs in the car while doing business. Completely unreasonable and probably discrimination, especially if this isn't even an official policy

Inside store is well maintained. The fuel pumps are filthy. I personally find it surprising that Irving would allow their pumps to be as filthy as they are.
