⭐ (Wish I could give 0 stars)Introduction:Before you even consider using Mr. Suds Car Wash, take a moment to read through this comprehensive review. I visited with hopes of a decent car wash for my new Tesla and left feeling outright cheated.Pros:No Wait Time: The only silver lining – there was no wait. Although, given the overall quality, I now understand why.Cons:Absentee Management: Imagine arriving at a car wash with not a single staff member in sight. That's Mr. Suds for you. No assistance, no guidance, just you in a ghost-town setup.Communication Black Hole: The listed phone number? Doesn't work. It's as if they've gone out of their way to ensure you can't reach them with complaints or feedback.Facility & Maintenance: Dilapidation seems to be the theme. Broken machinery, missing buttons, and an overall atmosphere that makes you constantly check if the ceiling is about to fall.Cleanliness: Calling it 'dirty' is being kind. The place is a testament to neglect. I'd question whether it's ever seen a cleaning crew.Water Quality: The aftermath of their water on my car resembled a battlefield of spots. Hard water at a car wash? That's a rookie mistake.Soap & Other Services: Watered-down soap, cold "hot wax", and equipment that's more for show than utility. I gave it three tries, spending $15, and it felt like washing a car with plain water.Pricing: While their rates are on par with others, given the 'service' (or the lack thereof), I might as well have thrown my money into the wind.Closing Thoughts:It's more than just feeling ripped off. It's about the audacity of such establishments taking customers for a ride. Mr. Suds Car Wash is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. They’ve perfected the art of delivering the bare minimum (or less) while charging full price. In a world where choices abound, this is one you'd want to skip. Save your vehicle, your time, and your money.

I paid for a wash, pulled in, and the mechanism didn't work, so no car wash. But there's no way to get my money back and the phone number listed doesn't work. I'm very disappointed -- I have used this car wash many times in the past and it was fine, but not having a way to get a refund is really aggravating.

Good price, $6.75 for "the works" except there is no wax and only air dry. But I think all the local car washes are air dry only.

A quick, easy and inexpensive car wash ... Pull up ... Pay ... Pull in ... Wash and done within 10 mins ... $0.75 vacuums ... To fully clean my car $7 when i normally pay $20.

Dispite the rundown appearance the experience wasn't that bad and everything I needed to use worked the first time so I got what I paid for.
