We had a very informative experience with how the process works and were surprised on how quickly it got done.
Matt enjoyed our humor and conversations and we found that we knew a lot of the same people.
A very nice person to do business with and definitely recommend him for anyone interested in buying a new or older model vehicle.

I have been doing business with Quality the past 2 years with the purchase of 2 vehicles and everytime I walk through the door I’m greeted as if I’m like family to all of them. Alex is a phenomenal salesman that helps you achieve the goal of a vehicle you are looking for, whether if it’s brand new or pre owned. My experience with Quality Mitsubishi was by far one of the best deals at a fealership that i have purchased from . My sales person Laura was very pleasant and wonderful through the whole process. I feel like I bought a good quality used Outlander and for a very fair price . ( Not a penny over blue book value ) . I secured my own financing with North Country Federal Credit Union with Kendra in the Morrisville branch which made this purchase even more speedy and seamless. I would say that if you are looking to purchase a great vehicle at a great price reach out to Quality Mitsubishi in St Johnsbury Vt .

I drove away with a brand new 2024 pearly white Eclipse Cross on Friday!! It was my very first NEW car. Alex Martin was my salesman and I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle! He not only made sure I got the best deals but also went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t paying too much on car insurance!! Buying a car can be intimidating, but Alex, Mike & Shelley made me feel so comfortable, like I was right at home!! Hopefully I won’t need to purchase another vehicle for a very long time, but whenever I do.. I know I’ll be heading right back to Quality Mitsubishi!!

Laura was very kind and caring. We were not rushed, pressured or intimidated into making a quick decision. If she didn't have the answer, she made it a point to get the answer for us.
We have purchased many cars over the years and this was one of the most pleasant, if not the best experience.
We would recommend Quality for a new or used purchase.
