staff needs a refresher on how to relate to the public

The mail is always late! Request hold mail and they don't hold it half the time ! Very frustrating. Lost an important check for 9 days it was literally at the post office the entire time kinda seems like someone is doing this on purpose !!!!

No wait; helpful, efficient staff. Parker right on front. Everything took but a few minutes. What a pleasure.
