There is only one person working here. I waited an hour in the morning to talk to someone and had to leave before they could get to me. Returned in the afternoon, they worked on my phone for an hour but couldn't get the service connected. The told me it was a problem with my phone. I knew the phone was fine so I called ATT and the person on the phone was able to set up the service. The people who work in this store can only fix very simple problems and do not seem to have access to better tech-support for more complicated issues.

Terrible experience. I stopped by the Essex location to get a new phone number. While there, they let me know I can and should transfer my services from a consumer account to a business account. They also upsold me a new IPad. Long story short, they left off my watch and I lost connection. I then proceeded for the next 3 weeks to get that watch added on the new business account. Multiple in-store visits to every location in the area and phone calls into 611 and I got nowhere. I spent hours wasting away on this. Every time was a glimpse of hope, it was squashed. ATT has gone down the drain. I was a lifelong customer they lost to their biggest competitor, which I’m very happy with. The only reason they get 2 stars is for Mary Beth’s apple slices. The rest of the team, I felt could care less about me.

Sara is amazing! I had the most complicated phone issue to sort out which the AT&T phone reps and a worker from another store weren't able to help me with, but she was patient and got to the bottom of it for me. She's just super kind and smart. I highly recommend only going to this AT&T store because workers at the other area stores will give you much less of their time and care.

Emma is totally amazing !! Not only is she the best techie, she’s patient, she’s fun and she’s really good at making non- techie people (me) not feel like an idiot. She was juggling 4 customers at once and we all were having a good time as she was working away. Glad I discovered this AT&T instead of the one on Dorset St. where they’re rude and rushed and not at all nice. She’s great !!

Emma at AT&T on shelburne road is truly extraordinary! She helped me so much; and also every other customer that walked in. The entire time there we all chatted, had an exceptional time, all while everyone got their phones upgraded and the best deal possible. It’s truly the “family branch” of AT&T. Emma is exceptional!

Emma was super helpful and got me all set up with a new phone. She was honest, caring, kind and direct. I appreciate all she did to make the experience seamless and get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend coming to see her if you want the best experience possible! The store was comfortable and everyone was nice. It made my day a little brighter and my bill went down!
