2/19/24 - I'm a fan of this specific ATT location in the area and even drive a bit further to use it - They tend to have great representatives working there. Tyler helped me with getting off a family plan and setting up my own, super smooth, extremely helpful - made my day way easier than I thought.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but I found Sasha to be very helpful and professional. I came into the store to transfer my line from a family plan. There were some issues with the family member being responsive in giving me the information and permissions I needed to complete the process. Sasha was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in navigating the situation. He was even willing to stay past closing time to help me complete the process. Overall the whole experience took 45 minutes and I would return to this store to make purchases in the future.Thanks again Sasha!

My Fiancée and I upgraded our phones to Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra we were helped by Elizabeth who took care of me trouble shooting my old phone.

My iPhone 12 had a black screen when I woke up (Sept 2021) I tried restarting multiple times and it didn’t work. I brought it to this store and was told it’s completely fried and needed a new phone. I stupidly trusted the associate even though he did nothing to actually check the phone, I don’t think he even touched it. I had to add a line and buy a new phone, fine, my grandparents needed a cell phone.It’s now January 2022, for fun, I decided to plug my “broken” phone in and miraculously it TURNED ON. So, I’ve been paying installments on two different phones when I didn’t need to, due to this employees manipulation and lies to get a sale.Ive easily spent over $1000 and tons of time on the phone with at&t because of this. Avoid at all costs.

Service was prompt and extremely thorough. Every need I had was meet and more. Everything I needed to know was explained thoroughly yet efficiently. This is my new go to AT&T store.

Lexi(Elizabeth); was welcoming as soon as I entered the store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was honest and efficient. I went to the store on Dorset St. and I was not impressed. Quite the the opposite. I won’t go back to the Dorset store. I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years and Lexi is a “TRUE” professional.

Lexi is the absolute best. She was able to switch over my account from Verizon which was a hassle! She did it all with a smile and got me all squared away. So thankful for her and this positive experience! 12/10 recommend!!

So extremely disappointed with this store. I have been an ATT client for over 10 years, I went into the store for a simple task. Add an additional line and order a phone. How hard can it be? There was only one person there, who was new, but I knew exactly what I needed. Really thought I could just go in and out. I was there for 2 hours, she couldn’t get a hold of any managers to answer any of her questions. Who leaves someone new alone in a store then not be available when she needs help? Finally we get the phone ordered, or so I think. It’s been 4 days, no update or news from ATT regarding my order, so I reach out online and SURPRISE! There is no record of my order, it was never even made, nor the phone number I requested saved!! 2 HOURS OF MY DAY COMPLETELY WASTED!! And I do not blame the lady but I blame the managers, how can you not be available? Or train your staff to be able to order a phone? Do not go to this store.**update, saw the store replied but didn’t even offer an apology… wow. Just shows they really don’t care.

The store is closed during the day quite often. The manager and his employees are knowledgeable and friendly but they are not helpful when you come back for service. GO TO ANOTHER STORE! They also added a phone line to an IPad we purchased after we told them we didn’t want it. I also discovered my bill was $45 more. I called AT&T (you can’t call the store) and they upgraded my service to the Elite plan(cost $45 more) without my permission. AT&T is a good company but stay away from this store!

I’ve purchased a lot of phones and IPad from this store. I have had issues but every time I go there (4 times) there’s an out to lunch sign on the door? I ran into the manager today as he was putting up the sign. He told me to take my issue to Small Dog Electronics as his pregnant girlfriend was waiting for him. UPDATE WARNING!! : it has been a month since I wrote the above. These guys were very nice as they added a new phone line and I found out today my bill is $45 more. I called AT&T and my service was upgraded to Elite. This was all done WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. There is no store phone number to call I found out as well.
