Drove out to Shelburne because hoping to get some help with a hardware need. Stood and waited and waited as the cashier checked person after person out. No one else working there. I finally asked if anyone could help me and she answered “not at the moment.” Wasted trip. Next time I’ll go to Lowe’s where i don’t expect any help anyway.

This is a fantastic hardware store, and is a gem in the Aubuchon crown! In addition, this store has one of the best and most consistent customer service teams across ANY retailer. Mel and her staff are friendly and professional, with a deep knowledge base about a wide variety of products and projects. The store vibe is easy going and they keep the register flowing so you can have a seamless purchase and get back to your project.
