It's not easy to find durable and appealing office furnishings. I had struggled to find a vendor that would deliver on our needs - until I was introduced to Exterus by other staff at Dartmouth College.

Craig and Sarah designed and ordered our new front desk workstation, free-standing partition, and overhead cabinets, for use in a beautiful (maple-trimmed) open lobby and kitchenette. They were incredibly patient, thoughtful, and detail-oriented - all through the design process, which included multiple site visits.

The hard-working installation crew did an equally outstanding job getting these new furnishings installed in our beautiful lobby and kitchenette. The installers approached the task of moving materials into the top-story of this large building with great care. They moved very deliberately in laying out the work and assembling the furnishings.

At the end of the day, they identified one issue that needed further attention and I noted another. They promised to return soon to wrap up. When they returned to put these finishing touches on, which was a quick job, they still carried their full-sized vacuum with them all through the building in order to leave our workspaces in pristine condition. They are so consistent in the care they take with their work and their customer relationships.

It's amazing to work with a team that provides such high-quality service. Our team does not know how they managed to do all this work, including the design, planning, and installation work, for the very reasonable price they charged us for labor and materials. Staff here will use and enjoy these furnishings for many decades to come.
