“We hired them to move us from Burlington to Isle la Motte. JJ and Aaron worked practically non-stop. They were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. When it looked like they couldn't move our hot tub alone (!)they got Reno and Chad to help. They never gave up abd git it moved. And then, because the move was more than anticipated, Reno and Chad stayed till the end. They gave us a fair price, they worked hard, everything got moved, no damages at all. We had to stop at storage for part of the load. When we move stuff from storage we will hire them again. You will be happy if you hire Lowell's. We recommended them to clients who are moving to VA so it's not just in state moves. They were great!!!”

“The owner of Harbor View Storage she is a very nice and understanding, all around good person. We moved to vermont last year and have been on all the storage waiting lists. As soon as a unit was available, Harbor View called and we jumped at a chance to store at this 5 Star facility. Very clean and well managed, I can tell they take good care of their property and their customers and tend to all their needs and concerns. The building is very secure and we feel safe leaving our belongings here. I am beyond happy they have decided to give me and my fiance the opportunity to rent at Harbor View Storage. So I advise getting on the waiting list now for your chance to rent with this amazing Storage facility.”

“Sold My house in Burlington in late Aug. Breezy Valley in St. George which i Believe is part of Access self storage was one of the few that had open units at good rates near to where I was moving. It was easy, I booked everything online and via text and it was then auto pay on my card. When I was ready to check out, I went back online to see how it worked. Give them 10 ten days notice, clean out your stuff, and sweep the unit - not much to ask. I received my security deposit back and I was pro-rated for the month I had already paid in full. It worked out to half my December's rent returned. I don't understand what some people are gripping about- it's pretty straight forward. I do recomend this company.”

When it arrived, they put us in docks side by side, and offloaded and loaded us in one fell swoop. You want to pick or deliver here, just like I do.”

My debit card expired and then recently my bank account was hacked and had to open new account. Management was very helpful in getting my payments reestablished. Have not had any security concerns at any time.”

When we needed to upgrade we got on a list and it was quick. So usually wants me to fill up its hard to get them because people stay for a while.”
“This storage facility offers multiple sized units, there is a camera on the facilities 24/7, and the property is surrounded by a lockable fence. The storage units are located on a side road in a safe neighborhood. Each person supplies their own lock and key for their unit(s). The units are not climate controlled but the monthly rates are reasonable.The only odd thing was that there was no contract to sign before moving belongings into the units. The staff does not always answer the phones but they do return calls. Overall this is a good, small and local business that I would recommend.”

“I write this review I was reading some of the other comments of bad service but if you do not read your contract everything is in the contract and when you're desperate for a storage unit and there's no other one in the area and the owner of this one made room for you and found one that he had and gave it to me I appreciate that the service is like any other business read your contract have any questions talk to the owner services arrival time there's another one on the door with a phone number it's a private owned business the owner has a wife and everything worked out great for us and I'm still there I still have a unit and that's very very satisfied with it thank you”

“They showed up on time and were courteous. Everyone was ready to go when they arrived. They had a foreman and everyone seemed to be experienced and responsive. I will not see my furniture until much later as they loaded a U-Pack freight trailer that was going across the country. The foreman assured me several times that he knew what he was doing and to relax. We will see when it arrives if it was packed well enough to survive the trip. The bill was $400 more than what we were originally quoted, and that wasn't fun on the end of a very long day when we were exhausted. The amount of hours to do the job was not more than what was originallly estimated, so that was frustrating. Also the foreman was a little defensive when I was naturally worried about our furniture being wrapped well enough to make the trip. If you're as good as you say, then no need to be defensive, but you are young and will come to understand that with age. Someone being worried about their worldly possessions isn't a personal slight against you...it's just human. Nice guys though and everyone worked super hard. I'd hire them again provided my things arrive packed well in the freight trailer. Thank you for all of your hard work.”
“It is nice and clean place, really well ventilated and dry. I dont know about winter time, but i am about to find out how well this climate controlled storage cell will do. So far so good. Only one thing I should say, there is no access for your car, they have main entrance for entire storage, its under the building. They have a cart for convenience.”
