“Easy access, locks are smooth, rarely another car in front of the bay where my unit is. His stay dry and safe, dust and spiders are an expected nuisance. I would like fewer signs of mice, though.”

“Sold My house in Burlington in late Aug. Breezy Valley in St. George which i Believe is part of Access self storage was one of the few that had open units at good rates near to where I was moving. It was easy, I booked everything online and via text and it was then auto pay on my card. When I was ready to check out, I went back online to see how it worked. Give them 10 ten days notice, clean out your stuff, and sweep the unit - not much to ask. I received my security deposit back and I was pro-rated for the month I had already paid in full. It worked out to half my December's rent returned. I don't understand what some people are gripping about- it's pretty straight forward. I do recomend this company.”

“We hired them to move us from Burlington to Isle la Motte. JJ and Aaron worked practically non-stop. They were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing. When it looked like they couldn't move our hot tub alone (!)they got Reno and Chad to help. They never gave up abd git it moved. And then, because the move was more than anticipated, Reno and Chad stayed till the end. They gave us a fair price, they worked hard, everything got moved, no damages at all. We had to stop at storage for part of the load. When we move stuff from storage we will hire them again. You will be happy if you hire Lowell's. We recommended them to clients who are moving to VA so it's not just in state moves. They were great!!!”

“Easy to find location, nice folks to do business with, room to get in and out without a lot of gymnastics. I was waiting for a load out of Quebec on Monday morning. When it arrived, they put us in docks side by side, and offloaded and loaded us in one fell swoop. You want to pick or deliver here, just like I do.”

“Had an urgent need to have wiring done for trailer hitch. Couldn't get through on phone (central/natl phone #) to schedule, so I drove to the store on a Sunday hoping to arrange in person. The store was not busy, but also understaffed so they were not doing any service jobs that day. But because my need was urgent, manager Greg took pity on me ? and did the job himself while I waited - in less than an hour! Greg was extremely helpful and kind. What great customer service!”

“I had a really good experience at this U-haul even though my reservation was not properly made!! The staff was very helpful and nice. I moved my one bedroom apartment belongings from SC in a 10 ft uhaul truck and made a reservation for one free month of storage at this uhaul. I made a mistake/uhaul didn't properly guide me to change the move in date of my storage unit. I essentially made my reservation to start 7/16 and didn't arrive until 7/20 so my storage reservation was cancelled. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They helped me get a reservation for a u box that will be delivered to my new place when the lease starts. It was an easy change to make and very thoughtfully advised given my needs and the free month of storage with a one way move promotion. Easy to load the u box and return the truck. Thanks to everyone at this location for their help!”
