“In my search for the perfect storage space, fate led me to make a call to inquire about availability. While it turned out that there were no units available to fit my specific needs, what I received in return was something even more valuable - exceptional customer service and the joy of interacting with a kind-hearted individual named Joy.From the moment she picked up the phone, Joy exuded warmth and genuine care. She patiently listened to my requirements and went above and beyond to explore all possible solutions, despite the constraints in availability. Her dedication to assisting me was evident as she carefully considered alternative options, suggesting nearby storage facilities that might better suit my needs.Throughout our conversation, Joy maintained a cheerful and positive demeanor, which made the entire experience uplifting and refreshing. She took the time to understand my situation and empathize with my storage needs, offering alternative suggestions and creative ideas. What impressed me the most was Joy's commitment to ensuring that I found a suitable storage solution, even if it wasn't with their company. She didn't just brush me off or give a generic response. Instead, she genuinely cared about my satisfaction and took the extra steps to provide helpful information about other storage options in the area.Joy's exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me. In a world where genuine care and personalized attention seem to be increasingly rare, she stood out as a shining example of what customer service should be. Her kindness and helpfulness made me feel valued as a customer, despite not being able to provide me with a storage unit.I am truly grateful for the charming and thankful time I had interacting with Joy. Though my search for storage was unsuccessful, the experience was enriched by her exceptional service and kind nature. Joy's dedication and genuine care have undoubtedly left a positive impact on me, and I will always remember her as a shining example of outstanding customer service.”

“We've moved a lot and Morway's Pro Moving and Storage was BY FAR the best we have ever used. Professional, prompt, careful, courteous and reasonable. I have been recommending them to everyone and would immediately call them for any moving need we may have in the future.”

“We can’t recommend Tuscany Self Storage enough! From start to finish, they treated us like family. Our belongings were always secure behind their gate, giving us complete peace of mind while we traveled across the country for a year. Dave, Colleen, and Ron went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and easily accessible. We’re truly sad we won’t be in contact with them anymore. Exceptional service and genuinely caring people—thank you for taking such good care of our things!”

“Easy access, locks are smooth, rarely another car in front of the bay where my unit is. His stay dry and safe, dust and spiders are an expected nuisance. I would like fewer signs of mice, though.”

“Easy to find location, nice folks to do business with, room to get in and out without a lot of gymnastics. I was waiting for a load out of Quebec on Monday morning. When it arrived, they put us in docks side by side, and offloaded and loaded us in one fell swoop. You want to pick or deliver here, just like I do.”

“Sold My house in Burlington in late Aug. Breezy Valley in St. George which i Believe is part of Access self storage was one of the few that had open units at good rates near to where I was moving. It was easy, I booked everything online and via text and it was then auto pay on my card. When I was ready to check out, I went back online to see how it worked. Give them 10 ten days notice, clean out your stuff, and sweep the unit - not much to ask. I received my security deposit back and I was pro-rated for the month I had already paid in full. It worked out to half my December's rent returned. I don't understand what some people are gripping about- it's pretty straight forward. I do recomend this company.”

“I had a really good experience at this U-haul even though my reservation was not properly made!! The staff was very helpful and nice. I moved my one bedroom apartment belongings from SC in a 10 ft uhaul truck and made a reservation for one free month of storage at this uhaul. I made a mistake/uhaul didn't properly guide me to change the move in date of my storage unit. I essentially made my reservation to start 7/16 and didn't arrive until 7/20 so my storage reservation was cancelled. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They helped me get a reservation for a u box that will be delivered to my new place when the lease starts. It was an easy change to make and very thoughtfully advised given my needs and the free month of storage with a one way move promotion. Easy to load the u box and return the truck. Thanks to everyone at this location for their help!”
