This review is reflective of my recent purchase at The Automaster of a HR-V in Jan 2024. My wife and I worked with Chris Brown. I highly recommend asking to work with Chris. Chris was very open and transparent during the whole process. Chris never pushed or forced anything. Chris was available during text when my wife and I had questions and was very prompt to reply. Would def work with Chris again in the future.

I've had years of experiences with Automaster Honda Service and not one of them has been more than 1 star worthy in my opinion. I can't understand why they are so highly rated.They never answer the phone, they don't return messages, and when you drop off a vehicle, they ignore you for 5 minutes or more. The most recent time I dropped off my truck, there was a young person in a service jacket, on a stool, in the corner, on their cell phone, ignoring everything else.When it comes to the actual work done, they charge you labor and tell you, in my case, nothing is wrong, but you bring it home and still need to replace the battery that you brought it in for that was "just fine".I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone who can avoid it if at all possible!

Just leased a new 2024 Honda Accord from Chris Brown at The Automaster. Chris approaches selling cars in a thoughtful and caring manner. He made me feel like he was putting himself in my shoes and making sure I got not only what I would need in a car, but what I wanted in a car as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a car.

Just got back from Honda dealer service, i need to done inspection car by the end of this month. I went to service center 1st week of this month and they wanted to have my tire change. I asked customers service that I would prefer walk-in service and they said no walk-in service this month and had me to drop my car before 8pm today. I went this morning there and they said no body in tire shop now. So either you can leave you car or you can take your and then call me later when their people comes in tire store. I told them I am happy to stay 1 or 2, or even stay 3 hours. But they didn’t know when they gonna be there. I have a big exam tomorrow and they just don’t care. Please don’t make an appointment for tire changes. Better to go in walk-in service. Also they have to me pay approximately $950 for all tire and I asked them what would be guaranteed, they said no guarantee, not even a month. They should have ability to understand to customers how the Guarantee system work for tire. It seems they just don’t care. I have been own Honda CRV for 3 years, I don’t think if I will plan for next car in Honda dealer ship because of bad customer services. They need to help to satisfy and understand costumers situation. And I hope if they hire someone who is willing to assist immigration people that would be much appreciated.
