Absolutely worthless Company, I ordered a set for my wife for Christmas I contacted them because I never received an email containing the conformation number or tracking number. Was told I would receive the information but never did. had to contact them again to return the items and was told I had to pay shipping to return them. I called and complained on paying shipping two times to get the product and again to send back so they said they would cover the shipping this one time, so I was like ok thank you. I sent the items back with a tracking number and it showed they had the items for over 30 days and still no REFUND. Once again, I contacted the company again and asked where my refund is. They told me they had no clue why and I asked if I could get a member of Management on the phone, they told me no but one would get ahold of me by the end of the day this was at 11am and the end of the business for them was 10 pm est. I got nothing from the company. So, 2 days later I call the company back AGAIN! at this point all I want is my REFUND. Took them over a month to give me my money but the sneaky SOB of a company they charged me shipping ANYWAYS! I will never do business with this Company ever again.

I returned my wife's Christmas gift to get a different size but was told they were out of the size she needed. so I spoke with a girl and ordered another item. never did get an email saying it was shipped so I just called in and was told they refunded it to my account, which I didn't want, I better not get charged for the return shipping label. they don't know what they're doing.

Good quality pajama set, however, it was so thin you can see through it, not good if you have kids. So we requested a return for our purchase of $89.99. They refunded me $70, and deducted $9.99 for shipping both ways. So I spent $20 on an item that I don't even own. Customer service was nasty and condescending, I will never do business again and neither should you.

Will steal your $$$ and call it a "Discount" CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! Can I do a 0 star review please??? I do not normally come to Yelp for reviewing a company, but this is just ludacris... Do NOT shop at this company they WILL STEAL your money. So let me explain... Pajamagram SUCKS! It one of the worst companies out there. We made an order over the Christmas holiday and it didn't work out, so ended up having to returning the items... and received only about HALF of the money we spent. We have probably talked to a handful of their so called "dream team" crew, and not one of them could adjust or refund any of it. Not one cent! They also got a couple calls from us and no one was there who could help, and said they would have a team member call us back... which they never did... we had to reach out to them every. single. time. And It gets worse... Not only do they charge for the return shipping (when they claim they stand by their products and customer's satisfaction 100%)... but they apply a secondary "discount" on the items being returned and claim it for themselves!!! It was about 30% worth of our order!!! Taking our money, not standing by your own satisfaction guarantee, having terrible horrible customer service, and discounting the customer's bill on a RETURN! I've never heard of such a shady transaction from a shady company that claims themselves to be so "customer friendly" it is all lies. Thanks pajamagram... thanks a lot. For stealing our money and feeding us a line of BS, straight up lying about it. I hope this company gets shut down for this because what they are doing should be illegal. Straight up stealing money and calling it a "discount" I can't beleive they can do that!

False Advertising on pricing False Advertising on $10 off promo codes .Called to order was on the line for 30 minutes to buy, because of the online False Advertising never spoke with a person after 30 mins and hung up .Buyer beware this company are slick crooks

Terrible company!!! ! Do not order anything from them. I ordered pajamas for myself and my dog. They were too large. So, upon trying to exchange, I found out that dog pajamas cannot be returned or exchanged you're stuck with them. it does not say that on the order form anywhere. It only states it in the return policy online. I then tried to exchange my pajamas and they said they could not help me. I would have to do it online and they did not have any sizes left, except for extra large. terrible return policy, and all of their sizes run large. I even used their size chart.

My wife really likes the one set I purchased a couple years ago. But, this year I went on-line to buy more and they falsely advertise. The posted one price on the series of pj's and when you clicked on them it was fine. However, once you picked size the price changed. The advertised the series, but only gave the discount on the one color. No where on the site did it say "blue color" only. I emailed the customer service, their response was not even remotely positive. Basically up yours, see you later. I cannot believe as over priced as they are, they would not be able to afford better customer service policies.

Horrible experience with my return. They advertise on their website that returns are easy and hassle free. That is false! You cannot get your refund from your return, and they cannot track your package even though they create the label and charge you for it. I followed THEIR return instructions and returned the item unused within a week, and they claim they haven't received it after a month has passed. It appears this is their business model. I have now seen the google reviews and they are bad. I wish we had seen them before ordering because I would never order from a company with a 2.8 Google review and a pattern of dishonest behavior, like returns not being processed!

I wished I would have checked reviews before purchasing. Terrible experience. Paid $100 for a set that didn't fit well for my wife and after a horrible return process. (no tracking, no information, no timeline) I was refunded only a portion of my purchase.Do not buy from this company.

Received as a gift the pajama grama the fit was awful, it smelled like chemicals a very strong smell. The bottoms were shor waisted barely reaching my bellybutton not long enough and tight fir my size was about two sizes smaller the top was tight also. I can't even emagine trying to wash them they warned on the label if shrinkage. Also it's labeled fleece but the material was stiff to the touch not soft at all. Ps cheapest material not good at all ... trying to return them now so I can get my friend her money back. I don't want a replacement.
