I wanted to Leave this review about Deanne Cejka From the AT&T corporate store at 344 Dorset St. South Burlington, Vermont.About the end of July 2023, I visted the other AT&T store in the University Mall in South Burlington Vermont. At that time a gentleman named, Mark Gibbs worked there. I had an Iphone 13 pro, and Mark talked me into trading it in for an Android Galaxy Fold 4. He told me if I traded in my iphone, It would take a good chunk off of my bill. Well, to make a very long story short, Mark (whom has since been fired) not only pocketed my iphone, he canceled the trade in and he only turned in an old android that was only worth $6.00. I didn't even know that happened until I saw a huge bill for my iphone & AT&T Informing me I owed an aditional $550.00 and claiming I never traded in my iphone!!Obviously shocked, I reached out to Mark, and he assured me that was some kind of mistake, and said he most certainly did trade my iphone in. He is a liar, and that's just one of many reasons he lost his job.I was put through the biggest run around from the AT&T store in the University mall for MONTHS!! A worker named Gavin and his so called, "manager" Tim (whom I have since been told was never an actual manager) put me through HELL, and that's putting it lightly!! For months, they gaslighted me about this whole situation, and gave me the run around and would refuse to take the huge charge for the iphone off my bill. They even acknowledged they knew what Mark had done, but they just would not take the time or efforts to fix it when they had every capability to fix it. I could go on and on writing about the lies and running around they put me through for all these months! Even when AT&T was about to shutbme off because of the $550.00 on the bill, Gavin and Tim STILL didn't care, and continued to lie and give the run around. Tim, a who is a complete unprofessional, coward, wouldn't even return my phone calls, he would relay messages through Gavin, and Gavin straight up ended up telling me, "Tim doesn't want to help you; no one here is going to help you" then he LIED and told me Tim was at a booth at the job fair if I wanted to talk to Tim in person, but Tim was never actually there, Gavin just wanted to get rid of me! Absolutely HORRIBLE to treat a long time and faithful customer in her 70's this way.It wasn't until Deanne Cejka talked to me that anything got done! Deanne was helpful, compassionate, caring, understanding, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to rectify this fraud that done to me, even though it had NOTHING to do with her! Deanne still spent weeks, days and many hours to get this fixed!!FINALLY, Tuesday 10/24/2023, after another 2 hours spent with me, Deanne was successful with getting this fraudulent $550.00 OFF MY BILL!!!! I can't even begin to express the emotions and utter relief I felt after being treated so UNPROFESSIONAL and poorly by the University Mall AT&T in South Burlington, Vermont!! Literally MONTHS of stress gone, THANKS to Deanne's willingness to give the utmost amazing customer service!! she didn't give up and she took this fraud very serious, unlike, Gavin and Tim!!I had to leave this amazing review about Deanne!! She is such an angel, and I honestly can't thank her ENOUGH! She is the reason I didn't cancel with AT&T; after being a faithful and loyal customer for well over, 20 something years (or whenever Unicell switched to AT&T) and go with Verizon.Thank you so much, Deanne!! Thank you!!I HIGHLY recommend not only doing your business at AT&T 334 Dorset St in South Burlington, Vermont, but go and see the amazing, Deanne Cejka!! She will take impeccable care of you!To wrap this up: I will NEVER step foot in the AT&T in the University Mall, in South Burlington, Vermont EVER again! Horrible service and horrible workers! The only AT&T corporate store in Chittenden. The other stores are just authorized retailers, and don't offer full service, especially for prepaid plans. Thanks to the manager, Deanne, and Dalylah, the sales rep. It took a long time to port my number from my old provider but they had it done anyway.

I want people to know how helpful the staff here, and especially Deanne, were. I needed to cancel my late sister's account (she lived in CA). I was having difficulty doing this online and decided to go to my local ATT store (344 Dorset Street, So. Burlington). Deanne made it so easy for me. I then discovered there was another ATT account and she again cancelled that one, too. Thank you very much. You ended alot of stress for me and I highly recommend anyone going here. Thank you again!

The charger cords are REALLY expensive..24.00 when you can get them on Amazon for 6.00! And it seems like AT&T ONLY replies to the positive posts! I might have to change my service to Verizon

Josh was more than helpful. He was incredible. Spent an hour with me showing me how my phone worked. And I overheard DJ on the phone patiently explaining to an obvious abusive customer why she had to come in …over and over…and asking kindly for that person to not be abusive …that she’d like to help her, etc . The whole store applauded when she got off the phone. Great customer service here on Dorset St.

Got here and there were THREE employees one being a MANAGER the two sales associates were with customers cool… Manager?! Doing NOTHING! I came in just to pick up an online order so after about 20mins a gentleman came in and used the kiosk but was having trouble the manger who I told I was only there to pick up said to me one of the reps will help me as soon as they can but yet she proceeds to help the gentleman at the kiosk for 5 to 10 minutes solve his problem, goes to the back prints him out his balance etc. Zara (forgive the spelling if it isn’t right) one of the sales reps took a sec went grabbed my order and literally I was out the door in under A MINUTE!!! How hard was that? Knowing the pick up process is a breeze why not just grab my ID and help the black girl with the same courtesy you did the non black gentleman?!? She just dismissed me when she was FULLY CAPABLE of taking 1 minute and assisting a very LOYAL long term ATT customer!!! This is why I prefer the Shelburne rd location over this one any day! Silly me trying to save some gas! ZERO stars would be better!!

I wasted three trips to this location.First trip I was told to make and appt and come back. Made an appt for later in the day and when I came back the manager said they no longer carry a glass screen protector for my 8 plus iPhone. If I ordered it online they would install it for me. Let the lying begin! I ordered it online. Set up another appt a week later. I waited twenty minutes after my scheduled appt to be told they would not install my glass protector because it was not purchased there…. I pointed to the manager and said he told me you would install it for me. The employee said well I won’t do it! Really poor customer service. Three wasted trips! I will never go to this location again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. So frustrating and disappointing.

Went today to sign up for FirstNet. Both workers told me I would NEED to buy a phone that was compatible with FirstNet. I left without setting up an account. A quick Google search showed that was not factual, and within 10 minutes of returning home was able to set up a FirstNet account online and bring my phone from a different carrier.
