In July I traded in my Iphone. It was the AT&T store at 155 Dorset St. University Mall in South Burlington Vermont. I kept getting a bill for $550. My salesman was Mark Gibbs. He kept telling me he turned in my phone. He never did. He sent in a Galaxy worth $6.30. My Iphone was worth $800. No matter how many times I have gone to the store,called AT&T emailed
[email protected] & called them & left a message NO ONE has gotten back to me! They are still charging me for my Iphone $550 that I TURNED IN. It is so Frustrating & Madding the run around I am going through!! AT&T needs to remove the $550 from my account!! This IS so Wrong & Unprofessional of AT&T!! I DO NOT owe the money!! I turned in my Iphone!! I do not get any help!! This is so upsetting!! AT&T Remove The $550. I will NOT pay it!! I don't understand why they treat customers this way!! They should be going after the salesman Mark Gibbs that did this Freud!! If you go to the AT&T store to trade in or upgrade, BE CAREFUL!!!! A very Frustrated & Mad Customer, Kristilynne Goodwin

Gavin, the store manager, was a whiz at getting me set up. I'd spent 3 hours with online tech support, and he resolved the problem in 10 minutes! Head on down to the South Burlington store! Ask for Gavin ?

The store rep was fantastic. He was also training a new associate and seamlessly handled training her and providing us with all the information we needed. Set up our new S23's and started a 3rd line for us ! 10 out of 10 amazing service and we will continue returning to this location.

Mark was the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met when it came to cell phones. He knew the ins and out of my phone even turned on setting the help enhance it. He was also the friendliest person I’ve ever interacted with in retail. I normally leave critical reviews but Mark went above and beyond, there was many chances where he could’ve told me there was nothing he could do and send me on my way. Instead he went the extra mile and helped me in every way he could.Genuinely the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Mark!

The customer service is amazing and so helpful! I definitely will never go to a different location for all my ATT products or assistants! The manager there deserves a raise! I have been to other stores in the past and they were a nightmare! You are very lucky to have such wonderful young man working there!

I had the problem about e sim transfer for iPhone 14 and I went AT&T store in university mall in Burlington.Those guys are awesome. They solved the problem less than 10 minutes. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank u again ☀️

I cannot say enough good things about my most recent experience in this store. I went into the shop a bit anxious about adding a line for my son and what our options would be. Mark was the kindest, most genuine helpful rep I've ever worked with. He walked me through every step, clearly explained differences between options, and offered thoughtful suggestions. I cannot thank him enough for his support, good nature and warm smile. THANK YOU, MARK!

I went into the store the guy was super rude and had no customer service respect. Wouldn’t even look into my account and figure out how to help me. I do not recommend going here if you need any assistance. Very very disappointed.

Lexi hung up on me at this AT AND T store and was extremely rude , i have spent 5 years with A T and T as a business customer with 5 + lines and the only thing this person could do for me was hang up the phone .Thats shameful for a billion dollar company to treat its customers like this .

Quinn was instrumental at helping me switch my phone line over to my own account. He was so very helpful and answered all my questions. I even got a better deal staying with AT&T versus switching over to a different carrier as we had being looking at other available deals. Quinn you’re a superstar and thank you for everything!! When I first walked in the store, I quickly noticed how well kept it was and was no sooner greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. My phone has had some issues over the past couple weeks and even though I work in a tech related field, I couldn't figure it out. Quinn, the gentleman who ended up helping me out, was able to not only determine what was wrong with my phone, but was able to recommend very effective solutions that allowed me to leave the store super quick with a solution in hand. I really don't think I could have asked for a better visit so if you're like me and having trouble with your phone (or whatever other issues), definitely give this store a shot and I'm sure you won't be let down but rather pleased with your visit!
