I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER. Like another review on here, we had made a reservation for a 9am pick up on a Saturday at one of their pick up locations. Once we arrived, there was nobody there, doors were closed and all the lights were off. We called Budget customer service and they said we would receive a call within 3 HOURS to arrange a pick up for our truck. EXCUSE ME??? We made a reservation for 9am why am I having to wait 3 hours for people to make arrangements for us to get a truck????? That’s not how reservations work. We had an appointment to pick up our new furniture today and we couldn’t because we had to wait on “a call” which never came by the way..... we waited all day for someone to contact us so we could get our truck to pick up our new furniture... well long story short, we never got a call and we had to call the furniture to rearrange another pick up day. I will never use this company again.

Budget rentals sucks! Had a reservation to pick up a truck on a Saturday, the store hours being 9-12, for 9 AM, and I tried calling the location to speak with them about the reservation with no answer. Upon arriving at the rental location, I saw the "closed" sign on the door. I waited for an hour and half for someone to show up, and in that time, I called the national line, where they gave me 3 different numbers to call. The female I spoke with said she would pass my issue along to the inventory manager so I could get a truck at a different location; I was told I would receive a call between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Almost 3 hours have passed and I have not received a call. I called the hotline again to tell them the same thing, and they told me what she had said before. Both times I called the hotline, they asked if I could change the pickup day for the next day. I will NOT be reserving rental vehicles through Budget, as this has been incredibly inconvenient.

Budget is the worst. We reserved a truck a month in advance, and they canceled our reservation the day before. Of course it was jun 1st so there were no other trucks anywhere. We ended up staying up all night making car trips to move without a truck. And to add insult to injury, I just saw that they tried to put a $50 no-show fee on my credit card. Just got off the phone getting that removed. DON'T EVER USE BUDGET!!!

Terrible service. DO NOT RENT HERE. I made a confirmation and they called me a day before I needed the truck to say they wouldn't have any available trucks. Awful.

Heads up! the desk clerk was nice but super slow; they do accept debit card that counts for us that do not aspire to carry a credit card; communicate clearly and read the contract you are signing; i purchased insurance on line, i mentioned that to the clerk, but she misunderstood what i said and signed me up for their full coverage which cost more per day then the rent of the car; somewhat my fault i admit just be aware and communicate clearly.

Good experience returning the truck. Only issue was we could never get them on the phone.
