There are no perfect banks but this branch has excellent staff onsite. David and Heather have been super helpful and reliable over years that we had our business account here.

I placed an order for new checks and was told the order would take seven ten business days. After three weeks I hadn't received them. I called the branch and was told the order had never been placed. I asked if they could print emergency checks and was told that it was not their policy. Very unsatisfactory service!!

I kept getting locked out of my account for no reason...which meant changing my password every time I wanted to get into the account. I've never been overdrawn or made large purchases. I finally changed banks.

Was charged $105 in various fees over the course of 5 day for an accidental overdraft. The branch worker Coralyn and manager Brittany insisted that I had exhausted my single annual waived overdraft fee and did nothing to help me out. Look elsewhere if you want a "happy banking experience" as they call it. I've had nothing but headaches since dealing with Community Bank. I plan on closing my account as soon as I get back to Vermont.

Community Bank acquired Merchants Bank and the customer service is awful. We have paid off two mortgages with them and both times they continued pulling the automatic monthly payment after the mortgage loan balance was at zero. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.
