I have been meaning for months to make it to Essex or Williston and every time I go by I'm always on a dead run and can't stop. Today I made time to stop and I am so glad that I did. The gentlemen in Williston was so kind and very professional offering suggestions and answering all my questions. The store was so clean the menu was very easy to read with a large menu on the wall or a smaller menu on the counter. There were so many options I couldn't make a choice easily, so I committed to one and now I will be returning to try a few others. All natural raw ingredients, mix and match anything you want. This is a must try, you'll be hooked. And it makes it even better when the staff is kind and supportive in your decision making. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!”
“One of the better experiences I've had, when it comes to oil and vinegar, Kelli is the manager of Saratoga Olive Oil Co. She showed us around the store and did tastings with us. I ended up buying 3 types of vinegar and one garlic oil, all for different types of salads, bruschetta, pizza, and even in club soda. I can't tell you how excited I am to use these.
