Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment a week out for my truck due to a recall about a leak. I asked the employee if they can also do an oil change, which was not a problem. I dropped my truck off for a 9 am appt and asked if they could get it done by 3pm. Since i hadn’t heard from them by 3, I called and spoke with the service desk at which point they transferred me to my truck “supervisor”. There was no answer so I left a voice message. I never heard back and called again at 445 pm. Once I was able to get through, the employee told me they did not get the recall done and still had to change my oil. They said to come pick it up at 530 when they close or come the day after.
There was a huge lack of communication, they scheduled my car for a 9 am appt for the recall and barely had a chance to change my oil, which also cost over $100z I will never take my truck back to the Heritage toyota in Burlington. Still no follow up or concern about the recall on my truck.

We had a great experience getting our new mini van with our heritage team. Between the sales manager, Derek Blood to the two salespeople that were super helpful, Jimmy and Brian, to the finance guy, Patrick, we were in and out with the car we wanted ? Brian was very thorough at getting our needs and sending us cars that fit what we were looking for. Everyone that we interacted with was very kind, and we are very pleased. Will definitely be back for the second car.

Heritage Toyota was head and shoulders above other dealers in the area. Always got immediate attention when I walked in the door. The dealer had already installed new brakes and new tires on the used car I was interested in, and gave it a good certification. There were no hidden fees in the pricing, and they were willing to negotiate the price. The salesman was always calm, appropriately friendly, and I never felt pushed. Would highly recommend this dealer

Staff were all friendly without being too pushy. Lindsey the sales associate listened and quickly found us a vehicle that fit our needs and budget! Overall, a great experience. We will definitely work with Herritage Toyota again!

This reveiw is only for service. Purchasing my truck was great but the service was poor.
They couldn't do an oil change correctly. They put the filter on so tight that when I went to have the oil changed at another dealership the housing cracked and had to be replaced which was extra cost. Thank you for costing me even more money

I first had contact with Ed Larkin via internet with questions about what vehicles were available and what were my priorities.
He kept me apprised of available vehicles and let me know about any used Toyota Ravs with low mileage as well as inventory in new vehicles coming in. After doing my own research and looking at Honda CRVs I decided the Toyota RAV hybrid made the most sense. While not often there was a RAV XSE 2019 with 47,000 miles that looked good that was available and worked with Ed on going to see it.
Then I met Frankie Candido at my appointment and he provided me with costs and comparison between the RAV 2024 XLE. And the 2019 RAV XSE. Balancing out warranties and costs and benefits I chose the 2019 RAV. While it wasn’t white the color I preferred,after test driving it I realized it met my needs and it was financially more appropriate to what I was okay re financing. Though the paperwork process is lengthy — Frankie and the finance rep made sure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision.
I appreciate all the work they did to help make this happen…
