I paid for peace of mind in Florida and in vermont. In vermont with this exact office. They told me to fu.. off even after the IRS told me it was there mistake. They will not fix there mistakes or pay the IRS for there mistake

Sophie is amazing. She took five years of improperly prepared taxes for our non profit and corrected them, resubmitted them, and saved us from thousands in fees and fines. She is so knowledgeable and straight forward. I am grateful for her expertise and trust her implicitly with our business taxes.

Let me say this review is not for the tax preparers it is for the receptionist at the front desk she's extremely rude disrespectful and I never wanna deal with her again I think she should be fired from H&R Block

I've spent $1000s over the years of going to hr block but this will be my last year the reps that are representing hr block are getting worse and worse each year this year the rep took a phone call in the middle of our meeting and came back and blew through my forms I am far from happy with the service and most likely will not be back again and I'll be spreading the words to friends and family who also feel the same way over the years thanks for the time of this survey!

My tax professional was so helpful! I needed to get somethings fixed, had lots of questions to ask and I was very nervous about everything. She assured me that everything was fine and that's why she was there! Highly recommend this place! Everyone was so nice, welcoming and more!
