She is so knowledgeable and has explained quality cut and color to me with each peice, never making me feel uncomfortable with my lack of knowledge! She has gone above and beyond actually helping me and answering questions on her day off. Who does that? I have found them all to be very knowledgeable and with each purchase I have felt comfortable that i am purchasing quality. I will continue to purchase my jewelry there.”

“They did an excellent job resizing an old gemstone ring that was too tight for me to painlessly put on and take off the finger on which I now wanted to wear it. A jeweler closer to me who earlier had replaced two of the stones hadn't wanted to touch it. Collette Arnold was knowledgeable and professional.”
