So I went in today to open a new checking and savings account. My teller was nice, accommodating and great to get along with! Grady made sure I was set with everything I wanted out of my accounts, and answered all of my questions I had.

The KeyBank on Williston Road has the best customer service! I always feel welcomed and they are very attentive.

On lunch break, I swung through the drive through to exchange a few 20's for a couple crispy 100 dollar bills for my daughter's graduation card.Because I don't have an account there, they wouldn't even do the exchange for me??!!?? RIDICULOUS.... because they were not making money off me they wouldn't give me the time of day! Great customer service guys! Guess where I WON'T be banking......

Ugh. I call for info on my mortgage, and they don't have that information, another bank in another state has it and they can't access it, so they give me a # to call. I wait on hold 20 minutes, finally get through and they say "Oh, that's another department, let me transfer you." Then I wait on hold another 20 minutes. Then they answer and have to transfer me to another department, so I wait for another 15 minutes. Large banks like this are a plague in the country, I'm going to see about moving my mortgage to a smaller local bank.

KeyBank's ATM in Essex Junction stole our $600 cash that was deposited. The atm froze while depositing and then spit out two receipts with no deposit amount on them. We immediately went into the bank to rectify the ATM error, and the bank manager refused to refund our money immediately. This business cannot be trusted!!! We had $600 cash and trusted that we could deposit it safely into KeyBank and have it immediately available to us for bills, but that has proven to be very

Be careful before considering using Key Bank anywhere. My in-laws wanted to change how their Key Investment were handled. We met in person with an investment counselor and she never got back to us, despite our calling twice. This account was no small account either. My last in-law recently died. We are moving along as fast as we can to get probate closed, but Key Bank keeps hitting us for account maintenance fees and now sent us a nasty letter warning us about inactivity fees. There is nothing we can do to stop this. This bank has no compassion for the customer.
