It comes down to the fact that they need some improvement themselves they do not have enough people working there products do not get out on the shelf and the lines are very long well now I'm pleased to say that things are improving at Lowe's at least the one in South Burlington Susie Wilson road still needs some work but it's getting there

The staff I spoke with were knowledgeable and willing to help, the reason I didn't give them 5 stars us because of the frustration of having to hunt the employees down. Each department should have a call box or pager button to request help without having to find the staff.

Went in to get batteries for my research. There was a great sale price and Judi was incredibly helpful in finding them. Even went as far as to pull a pallet down just for one pack! Really awesome stuff.

I have requested someone to come and measure my storm door. It’s been more than three months nobody came and every time when I called they have an excuse. They charge me even $35 it is a horrible place. Please don’t go there. Bad customer service.!!!!!!!

I am livid right now about my delivery experience, and would not recommend anyone purchase an appliance from Lowe's South Burlington. They told me the night before that the delivery window was 3-7pm, so I re-arranged my work schedule to be there for the delivery, but at 1:18pm I started getting repeat phone calls from an unknown number. I called it back, and it was a delivery guy that barely spoke English (not holding that against him, but it does make it very hard to communicate) saying he was here with my stove now. When I told him I was still at work, he said "We come another day," and I said, no, you come today between 3 and 7. He ended the call, saying "Bye" and hanging up, and then he left the stove on the back porch in the rain. There was no bringing it to the kitchen or installation help... I now have a stove I can't move myself, so not only do I need to figure that out, but I also think I need to hire an electrician, because it's hardwired (?). The most infuriating part, is that every attempt to call customer service led to, first, me being put on hold for very long periods with no answer, and then more recently, the calls just get disconnected, repeatedly, before anyone answers. I am in the market for a new fridge, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and I absolutely will not be buying them from Lowe's.
