Bad customer service. Walked towards me and said to move out of his way when he could have fit three times more if he just went around. I asked a simple question and he got annoyed. This was at 1:30am

It is a gas station and open 24 hours, but if you just flew in and there is no where else to get food, the prepared foods aren't terrible.

Very poor management of employees. There was a line almost out the door and three people behind the counter and only one working customers. The one I that was working was not very pleasant, almost like a chore to be there and wait on us. Very bad.

The entirety of this stores stock is over priced. Highly recommend passing right by this location and travel an extra yards to another store.

Maplefields and R.L. Vallee is absolutely the worst gas station and convenience store monopoly in the VT, NY, and NH area. I would avoid at all costs, as the leadership team is completely unresponsive and has no understanding for its customers. I visited the Williston Road location on 12/10/20 to add some air to one of my tires. My tires should be inflated to 35psi and one of my tires was at 31psi, so I decided to use this Maplefields’ tire inflator/air compressor. Unfortunately the end of the air chuck or metal piece that attaches to the valve stem was broken, causing all of the air the deflate from my tire in less than 15 seconds. There was a hole in the air chuck which forced all of the air in my tire out the top piece that attaches to the valve stem. I went from a slightly low tire to a completely deflated tire. This would have been understandable, as problems happen and things break. Unfortunately, after letting the only two employees in the store know of the issue, one of the employees let me know that I was the fourth person that told him it was broken. This is obviously negligent on Maplefields part as the employee knew of the issue, but did not place the compressor out of order. I was working at the time, and had to cancel on a client due to the store’s negligence and overall carelessness. After attempting to solve the issue with the employee, he had no intent on solving the problem or providing any kind of solution. After convincing the employee to call his manager, he was able to request her to have a tow company come to the store to fill my tire. There was no apology or any kind of attempt to make anything right. After placing a call to the on-call emergency line in an attempt to reach some kind of resolution, I was told that the emergency on-call line was only for employees reporting emergencies on their shift.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with another human being. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been treated so rudely and the most recent time I was treated so horribly by this evil woman. She made me find the barcode and hold each of my items up to make it easier for her even tho I had just broken my collar bone and was wearing a sling. Like what? Are you serious rn

I've worked in the neighborhood for a few years and go here for everything. The people who work here are friendly and care! The place is immaculately clean and the food from the kitchen is perfect!

What a nightmare on the daily. 3 days in a row... 4 staff on doing anything but serving customers.. only one cashier in training working with 10 people in line at 645 am. I have not seen this level of failure in quite a while. I guess one could argue at least they are consistent!
