“I stopped in today with a phone that wouldn't charge because my kids jammed a rusty and corroded phone charger into the port. I wish I got her name but this amazing woman identified what kind of phone I had before I even handed it to her and fixed it within 2 minutes. I thought for certain I needed to replace my phone, or the port at minimum, and I was in full panic mode. She was so sweet and kind and didn't even want to charge me. No more corroded phone chargers for me but if I run into any other issues I'll definitely stop here first. Thank you soooooo much for your help! <3”

“Gabe's a beast, ask him about any phone feature he'll know it. Cricket wireless is the best phone service. You go to Verizon, at & T, T mobile and the plans cost hundreds of dollars and they say they'll give you free phones when they just add it to your monthly payments for full price. Cricket is prepaid so they don't do that, and they even do offer $0 free phones usually mid tier new phones you just gotta pay for service, and activation fee. 4 lines unlimited data for $100 and you literally get AT&T service, if AT&T works where you're at switch to cricket you'll get same service and save hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year for the same thing.”
“I went to another AT&T store and they sent me out within 5 mins and told me it was an Apple problem. I drove to Small Dogs who deals with Apple and the stated they couldn’t help. I walked into this AT&T in the U-Mall and sat here for 1.5 hours and the problem was fixed!! A big shout out to Danyel for all your help! Went about and beyond!”
