stopped by this location on a busy day and the service and food was great. Ended up dropping my credit card on the floor and couldn’t get back to the restaurant. The managers and the GM were very kind and helpful, they ended up mailing it back to me. Thanks for doing what you do!

I worked at this location for a month and all I did was go in, do my job, and leave. I would keep to myself unless I needed to speak with someone because I know how cruel people in the world are and I have aspergers. When I did need to speak with my coworkers I showed respect. I go into work one day and a coworker gives me an attitude out of nowhere and several other people including Joe the manager. They proceed to laugh at me and mock me and when I ask what I did to deserve this treatment they ignore me and walk away. I ended up going into a crisis and quitting my job and I'm currently speaking to a lawyer who is helping me with a lawsuit for emotional distress

A margarita pizza is supposed to have basil. I unfortunately received a tomato and cheese pizza. My previous order of a warm bowl was tasty but far from filling.

Reminder to management of something they are required to know already. Speaking in general, treating a quite capable, alert mature man like a helpless or stupid child is an act the law considers to be a violent act of elderly abuse. Do you really want that kind of legal and financial liability?In any case, abuse me once, shame on you. Abuse me twice shame on me. When and if you allow customer abuse in your place of business, you force customers to never return.Abuse is not only a legal offense, it is a real losing proposition. No one in business but an idiot takes that proposition.In any case from now on all my patronage goes to the Williston Panera where simple good manners and good customer service avoid all problems.Not rocket science, fools.

Food was good except my child's Mac and cheese was horrible and the bathroom where very dirty so was the floor in the dining room and you have to go up and get your food and there is a person standing there taking the online orders to the pickup station on there phone walking around doing

Order for delivery would not go through online. I tried calling three different extensions before someone picked up and then was told I could not make an order for delivery over the phone. Um ok Panera.

I have frequented Panera for years in 4 different states. This Panera has the typical inexperienced people at the register. I clearly said "this is a separate order", but the fellow lumped all items into one bill and then laughed at my mild dissatisfaction when my companion was forced to pay for everything. I look forward to the chicken and wild rice soup at each Panera I visit: tasty, healthy, and always a consistent quality. Not here. On two occasions I ordered the same item, and on both occasions I had gastric distress afterward, something I never have had before visiting this location. With no ailments to cause this, I can only question the kitchen conditions. That is a concern and I will not be returning. Pastries were dry.

Just got home with take out and felt the need to share this beyond unacceptable meal I just paid $35 for. Completely unacceptable in my opinion and if I was dining in I'd be getting a full refund.

Clean fast and the food was tasty. Lean bathrooms. Not much else to say about it. It was like most Panera Breads a ross the country.
