I absolutely love this gym! Dave & Leddy are amazing trainers/coaches. The workouts are personalized and they make sure you get the most out of them by ensuring proper execution. It took me awhile to find the perfect fit, but once I found Peak Potential, I was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend this gym whether you are new to working out or experienced.

I started working with David in-person in 2016, and he's been my remote coach since 2018. That's a few years, and it's tough to wrap up all the good stuff in a review. He's been outstanding since day 1. David brings professionalism, background, focus, drive, motivation...all the good stuff you want in a coach. He also brings understanding, perspective, support, humor...all the good stuff you want in a friend. David has been super flexible with planning in my case; I was using a very pared down home gym for years (pre-covid), and he managed to structure variety and function into the workouts so that I remained interested and invested in the fitness process. I've also come to him with a fair number of injuries, and his workouts have been essential in getting back to health. Often his reassurances and patience have kept me going in those rehab modes when I'm sure I would have dropped off otherwise. I'm grateful for the training and the relationship. I highly recommend getting connected with David if you're looking for a coach.

Peak Potential Fitness is by far, the best gym I've ever been a part of. It has such a communal vibe, and your workouts are 100% tailored to fit your specific goals and needs. The coaches are so knowledgeable and supportive, you feel like you're at a personal training session! If I could give more stars I would!

David is all about fundamental, holistic health. He doesn’t cut corners, customizes each client’s plans to their body/experience level/goals, and focuses on healthy, structural change. He does not buy into fads that are mostly designed to sell products vs truly improving people’s health. Before I worked with him, my lower back was in constant pain and prone to spasms. I couldn’t play with my kids because the pain was so bad. I had given up running and anything active. He developed a plan to make my back and related muscles more flexible and resilient. That was nearly a year of targeted movements and exercises just to rehabilitate my lower back. After that, he developed a plan to help me get back into overall shape. He was with me every step of the way and checked in frequently to adjust the plan as needed. Highly recommend him for anyone looking to make lasting, holistic and substantive changes in one’s health.

Peak Potential is a fantastic gym. I love the personal attention from my trainers and see real progress with each visit. I have the opportunity to update my goals and check in monthly which helps me stay accountable and realistic. I workout alongside a diverse group of people and abilities and appreciate the friendly and focused environment.

Peak Potential is a phenomenal gym. Both Dave and Leddy are great coachs, and have been encouraging through all the highs and lows of my injury recovery. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone, they do a great job designing work outs that are completely individual. Sad to say goodbye to them as I am moving, the gym has almost become a second family.

I can't say enough about David as a trainer. My husband had been working with him for a few years, and when COVID hit and the studios I frequented shut down, I pivoted to virtual training with David and haven't looked back. He does a great job of understanding his clients; meeting them where they are; setting realistic, attainable goals; and coaching them along the way. He takes a holistic approach to health and wellness; this is not about pursuing fitness or strength at the expense of overall health. He is extremely well-educated and informed around the science behind wellness, exercise and overall health management. He has a good sense for when to push and when to give space and it is always clear that there is a genuine care for his clients and love for what he does. Couldn't recommend him higher!

I have trained with David both remote and in person for several years now, and I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of him. Having worked with trainers for over 15 years and been one myself for nearly 8 I’ve spent a lot of time working with as well as alongside coaches. David is easily one of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and experienced fitness professionals I’ve ever had the privilege to train with. He inspires me to not only to be the best version of myself as an athlete but also as a coach. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, I strongly recommend you take it.

Fantastic people and fantastic gym space to match. 11/10 would recommend. Although my presence no longer blesses the gym on a regular basis it is still a great gym to go to and consult with David's wisdom.

I was unbelievably impressed with David and his team's ability to not only create a plan that was both safe as well as continually challenging, but in their ability to help me redefine "health" and how I thought of it. They take a holistic approach to health and well-being. If I hadn't moved out of state, I would still be there!
