Don't know why they don't answer the phone during business hours?? My last experience here I called customer service to complain about the very condescending manager Ash (or Ashley? As I've gathered from another review) They don't carry much for reptiles and I remember their freezer mice making me think that is not hygienic to touch that.

literally waited for 15 mins with a worker helping a customer, she walks off and never came back to help my family and I then proceeded to say they couldn't help cause they closed!!!!

I got my leopard gecko from these guys 3 years ago, I haven't had a problem at all until today, back when I got my gecko Shiloh we were informed that they have a vet clinic in the store. I called today and asked about the vet clinic to get both my geckos in for an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone sounded very condescending when I asked about their vet's services for Geckos. She informed me that they offer NO service for any animal, even though on the website it says book a vet appointment. I said thank you and hung up, me and my family go in often and now will no longer bring our money here.

I'm a 5-star person. I like to leave positive reviews, even when the service is so-so, because I believe people are doing the best they can and it's important that we boost each other up. But wow, I have got to say, this particular store really stinks. Every time we've been there, the service has been awful. Recently, we went to return a bag of moldy cat food and the manager (Ashley) flat-out refused, saying their policy was 30 days - no exceptions - even if it was within the expiration window. We called Petco when we got home to confirm this. Their customer service was super kind. They understood, looked up our order, confirmed we had bought it, that it was within the expiration date window, and shipped us a new bag right away. Pretty simple...Petco as a brand is fine. This store is worse than covid.

Cassie Jo (4 months old Havapoo, 3.8#s) just had her first grooming with Mariann K. and I am beyond impressed and happy!! She was so gentle and nurturing with Cassie (who was very scared at first!!). I highly recommend Mariann! The cut was great but Mariann's patience sealed the deal!! Thank you!!

The staff was alright but the dog wash with no ad ons is 55$ then add a nale cliping 22$if your dog is like mine she needs the under tail behind hair buzzed 28$ and its already over a 100$ and that doesn't even include an allover trimm I had to decide I wasn't getting my pet care thier

Horrible, unprofessional grooming service. We scheduled our dog for a bath, trim, and nail clip, fairly basic. We explained our dogs breed and asked for whatever the "professionals" believed would be the best service. 2 hours and $65 later we picked up a wet dog, with suds still in her fur, and nails that had not been trimmed. Instead of being apologetic and listening to the concerns we had both the grooming manager and grooming manager belittled us about the "proper care / treatments" for our pet and if we had paid more they would have done a better job. They offered no explanation other than that and we continued to state, "that is WHAT we asked for." After demanding and receiving a refund from the store manager he then followed me to the entrance of the store continuing to berate me, shouting at me "that's the proper care of your pet" as I exited the store. One week later our dog was at the vet's with an ear infection that the vet said was attributed to having water sprayed in her ear. After a $200 vet bill to treat her ear infection, I called asking for the store manager. He never called me back. I called again asking for the DM's number, it was refused to me. I called back 5 times over 9 months to get in contact with the DM and never got a call back. Horrible store. Horrible management and supervision!! Do not waste time or money in this place.
