Excellent all around. Even when I got their voicemail, they got back to me. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Finally, they had two rescue dogs in the office. That says it all!

Worst customer service experience ever trying to return a U-Haul van. Their website says office opens at 8am. Waited for over 1/2 hour until Dave opened up at 9. He was hostile, angry, confrontational, argumentative when I asked him to please check me in. He told me to go to the app to return the truck and refused to assist me. My complaint to U-Haul corporate office resulted in a promise to be contacted by a regional manager to follow-up. This guy deserves all the negative feedback he's going to receive from the corporate office. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy receiving abusive treatment by an employee who clearly hates his job.

Rented a car for 3 days, beautiful car, great rates. Will rent again from them and recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a major credit card.

Rented a truck weeks in advance and day of they told us they over booked the truck to two other people and they only had one truck available. We rushed over and thankfully got the truck though it was smaller and we had to do three truck loads. They when my husband went to return the truck the next day, no one was there and there return app (location finder to prove you’re returning to the right location) would not work, so he just dropped the keys in the box and left. I called the next day to confirm everything was okay and no one picked up so I left a message. No one called back and my card was charged and we received a receipt. Fast forward to today and I was checking my bank transactions and there is suddenly another charge! Again, I called and no response so I left another message. Waited an hour and called back, this time it goes straight to voicemail. Needless to say I am upset. Will continue to contact them, but be warned something is off about this place...find service elsewhere.

Convenient location with good selection of trucks. Parking lot is shared with many other businesses and has poor signage for customer parking.

I needed a long term rental during clinical rotations and this place was the BEST deal by a long shot. Not only was it significantly less expensive, but the customer service was phenomenal. I would HANDS DOWN recommend this place to anyone needing a car in Burlington.Another note.... My clinical's were cancelled early due to Covid. I returned the car early and the owner was more than happy to return the money I would have payed for the last three weeks. Overall this was an amazing experience and the owner is truly a great person. If you are considering renting a car, I would do it here.

Great customer service! I rented a uhaul after hours and had trouble accessing the truck/ picking up the keys. I dialed the number listed on their voicemail message and Sara drove to the office to assist me and make sure everything went smoothly. They had been closed for 4 hours and she dropped everything to make sure I was able to get the truck I needed to complete my move. Thanks again!
