I have fallen in love with snowflake chocolates. The help is absolutely outstanding, especially Cheryl! The chocolates are scrumptious, the prices on bad and you can mix and match and do up boxes exactly the way you want them. Bought all kinds of gift stuff for people at home and bought all kinds of stuff for the time we were up in Vermont. They even have wonderful sugar-free Peppermint Patties.. to die for!

The staff was friendly and the prices are competitive to other local chocolate shops. However, the quality of the chocolate wasn't what I'd hoped for. I also saw someone getting free samples and didn't think it was fair that I wasn't offered some too, since I was the only other person in the store. It looks like a nice place to buy gift chocolate though, or if you just want a handful of different truffles for a decent price.

Where to begin...staff always friendly and helpful. Window at Dorset Street location cute and colorful and I love supporting local artisans. Then there is the candy, Friday night has become my treat night after a long, stressful week at work. I stop in and get a few of my favorites. I'd like to tell you I put leftovers in the fridge but gotta be honest, there are NEVER any leftovers. All great but Nougats and Turtles are my faves! Stop in and put a smile on your face. While you are at it, grab a bag or box to go and put a smile on someone's else face as well. Enjoy ?

Wonderful variety, very friendly and knowledgeable staff member who was able to provide information and suggestions. Wrapped everything in a lovely way. Since I took a little while to decide Katie was able to start my order, wait on others while I browsed and continue with my order when I was ready. Felt well taken care of, not rushed and she was easy to ask questions of and charmingly friendly. Highly recommend.

I was looking for gluten free chocolate for my daughter in law and was told snowflake chocolates was the place to go!I'm here for my daughters wedding from Atlanta and drove from Burlington to Jericho to buy some gluten free chocolate.The salesgirl read off which chocolates were gluten free andd showed me exactly where they were. So I was very excited to buy my daughter in law several varieties as a gift.When I got back to the hotel and read the ingredients, they ALL said "this product may contain wheat."THIS IS NOT GLUTEN FREEIF SHE ATE IT, IT COULD HAVE PUT HER IN THE HOSPITALIt was negligent for Snowflake Chocolates to misrepresent their products saying and selling chocolate to me after I specifically asked for gluten free chocolate, was assured it was gluten free when in fact it wasn't. Do not trust this store and I will make a formal complaint to as many people as I can. This could have turned out very bad. Valerieor me to be sold a product and be told it was gluten free, when it isn't. I am
