I switched carriers from AT&T to T-Mobile while in Canada. Unfortunately the T-M rep on the phone couldn’t complete the setup and advised I would have to go to a T-M office. The nearest was a 2 hour drive away from Montreal, in Burlington, VT. But the store manager made it worth my while. Diagnosed the problem expertly and instantly and had me up and running (two lines) within 20 minutes. It’s always great to deal with smart professionals. Good job!

We've been debating swapping cell plans but when Verizon and AT&T are over $170/month for 2 lines? Yikes! We did our research ahead of time but the folks at T-Mobile made the swap seamless and at times fun.

Great wireless store to work with. Once we provide a repair at Wires Computing we love to send them to T-Mobile for any carrier related questions or trade in options. It's a win-win. ?

I’ve been to a lot of carrier locations for the big 3 in my life, and they can be overwhelming to go into, but this was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. Derek was personable, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kind. My partner and I were porting over from another carrier that had been wasting our time and energy for months. Talking to Derek and the other team members was like a breath of fresh air, and we couldn’t be happier to be back with T-Mobile in Burlington! Throughout the porting process, Derek explained each step clearly and naturally assured me that everything was transferring properly - and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. Thank you so much Derek, for your kindness, game/local restaurant recommendations, and guidance with the switch to T-Mobile. Above all else, kindness really makes all the difference. You’re a true asset to this location! :)

I was in a terrible bind, my daughter had lost her phone 750 miles away and lost her phone. I wont go into specifics but Carol is who I spoke with. Because my daughter was unable to pay a nominal amount for a new phone and they couldn't process my ccd over the phone, they let her walk out of the store to go to the bank rather than explore another option(bill me on my t mobile account). However, after speaking with t mobile cust support line, the manager set everything up for her to go to the t mobile store in Essex Junction. If you are in a bind, dont expect this store to go outide of the box to help. Left me hanging and then some.

Went in with my GF Nicole with her iPhone 11. We were helped by Elisha H., liked him right away! He worked with Nicole patiently through customer service for a claim for her phone, which didn't take charge no longer. Him and his Manager found the problem, and in the long run Nicole was able to walk out of the T-Mobile store with a new Upgraded traded in. While there made an appointment for myself to return at a later date to upgrade my own iPhone 11 and change from an xFinity client to T-Mobile!(:I also want to point out the vibe of the place is super open and very friendly! It is well made that the people who work here actually make bonds with those who walk in their doors no matter who. I know it made Nicole and my time there much more easier and fun. I definitely recommend going to these guys if you go to a T-Mobile.

I’ve been with t-mobile for less than a year and Elisha Howard is an exceptional employee who has great customer service skills. He understands all of T-Mobiles’s offers and promotions. Whenever I came back and had a question, he would take the time to resolve my issues and made sure I understood my options. I really am glad I changed carrier and am now a T--Mobile customer.

Elisha was not only professional but patient like a school teacher lol. I came in after dental procedure and was kinda grumpy, it's my estimation that the wireless $50 a month auto pay program that these guys provide folks especially if you're in the South Burlington area from the post office patch and Road area to I'd say at least the high school you better be using the service they can't be beat
