They held my mail from me cause I didn’t have room in my empty mail box for my mail. Covered the part that says my name in the mailbox with “hold”. So am I never supposed to get my mail??

Staff are always pleasant, kind, and respectful considering the stress they are under with the limited resources and staff shortages. I have observed them showing compassion and being as solution focused with bewildered community members as possible under the challenging circumstances that their office is coping with. Thank you for your service.

I live at 100 Kennedy drive and our mail person has not shown up all week
I expect our mail be delivered every day not when they decide to show up

Last 3 days informed delivery said i have mail yet today I check and nothing is in my mail box so I call was on hold for a hour then phone disconnected I want my mail

You can’t even get to it agent or anything to ask something and I’m saying this is someone with disabilities. This is horrible inhumane and inappropriate and traumatic to not be able to get to an agent within 15 minutes.

I’ve lived in the same apartment for three years, and every year I have had to physically go in to the office and fill out a no change permanent address form because, for some reason they can’t explain, they decide I have moved and left no forwarding address. All of my pertinent mail ends up sent back to senders, such as government documents, bills, etc, and they make me come back in. Then they try to tell me I must’ve moved and forgotten to fill it out, or that I went on vacation and filled out a form mistakenly, something non sensical, to which I reply; no, I’ve lived here all this time, never taken a vacation, never paused postal service, and there has never been any action on my part to warrant considering me moved with no forwarding address. I’m still right here. And of course when this happens, I can’t do an online COA bc the old address and new address is the same and the online form won’t let me. I can’t call the 800 number bc they tell me just to go in, I can’t call the local office bc it’s the p.o. And no one answers. So I have to take valuable time out of my day to go deal with people who tell me it must be something I’ve done instead of somebody incompetent on their end messing up, to once again renew my annual “yes I exist” form. It’s incredibly stupid, insulting, and a gross waste of my time. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.

I am just sooo disgusted with the service I have received at this location... I have had a package out for delivery for 3 days now..... They have come up with an excuse every day. One day they just didn't come. The next day was no access to unit. I was waiting They just never came. The next day was business is closed?? I live at an extended stay hotel with a mail box... They know that..... Apparently tomorrow post office will be closed for Jimmy Carter day.....I am uphauled..... Let's see what happens Friday. I will be going in there extremely hot. Let me tell you another thing. Where I live is right across the street from the post office lol... This is laughable

An OVERNIGHT package was send from Jacksonville, FL on Monday,, 10/16. Today is Friday, 10/20, and it HAS NOT ARRIVED! In South Burlington, VT, we have the worst mail service I have ever seen. The Post Office people wouldn't even find the package with a tracking number!
