Worst customer service and cell service I've ever had. I have had to go back to the store multiple times for multiple issues with the phone they sold me and multiple screw ups on my bill. They charged me for insurance that I told them multiple times that I did not not approve. Then when I told them I (obviously) wanted a credit on my account for the $200 they charged me without my authorization, they tried multiple times to get me to only accept a $100 credit. What? You literally stole from me and now want to only give back half of what you took, ya right. But wait, there's more! We traded in multiple phones and put down a huge amount of money to have zero monthly phone payments and you guessed it, they screwed that up too! We were paying about $100 a month more than we should have, and they would have just kept taking it unless I went and spent another 2 hours at the store arguing with them. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. You can get the same exact service ( literally the same towers) for a much better price and they're waaaayyyy easier to work with. And I'm sure Verizon will leave the same generic response that doesn't address my or anybody else's concerns. So, thanks for nothing

Joey at this Verizon store was so kind and helpful and efficient in doing exactly what I asked - figuring out how to reduce my bill by undoing the errors made by associates at one of the other Verizon stores. NOTE that this store is the only actual Verizon store in Burlington - all of the others are just dealers that are incentivized to charge the customer more through I’ll-advised transactions etc. I highly recommend only going to this store, never the others, even though that may mean a longer line for me next time. The other associates were also helpful and welcoming… overall great experience. I can truly say that this is the first time in over a decade that I’ve left a cellular service store not irate and agitated… and, in fact, quite the opposite. Thank you, Joey, for your awesome service!!

I went to Verizon to switch from AT&T but I decided not to do it because I was was told that 45.00 fee was going to be added and when I asked why, the salesperson told me “that’s our commission for helping you”. Okay, let me see if I understand this clearly….Is this fee for commission, forcing us to TIP or customer now needs to pay employees hourly too? I don’t get it . If it’s retail business responsibility, not customers.

I had a so so experience I have had been out of the hospital for about 2 weeks and I want to see my doctor and my phone went dead but yeah it's so hard like a $200 credit on it so nothing wrong with the phone and you know I want to find out it took me an hour and a half in the store and they told me that the Wi-Fi was off or something I didn't know I needed Wi-Fi to make a phone call couldn't quite figure that one out nobody else could but I guess she did some button push it and they finally got it to work so still puzzled by that one and I needed my phone I so need my phone to go to the doctors for now until I get better

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance and had the email confirmation. Arrived early for appointment fully expecting to not be able to be helped early, surprisingly we were (told to call a phone number to have an international plan added to a line on our account). This phone exchange ended around the time our appointment was scheduled for. We decided we’d like to discuss some new devices during our appointment. Alas, the appointment was gone, never existed. The man conducting this chaos advised us that he can’t help us, wouldn’t answer questions and suggested if we wanted Apple products to go to Best Buy because he will just try to talk us out of Apple and into Android “because that’s the direction the business is going” as well as “we’re closing and no one works late” mind you it was about 5:20pm at this time. Needless to say, the visit was needless and we went to a licensed Verizon retailer (without a week advance appointment) and left that day with three new devices (not just two as originally planned).

Went there to switch carriers after trying online. None, including the store manage, could help me. At first it was because I had started online and then went to the store to help me understand what I don’t understand. The floor staff could not do anything, not new number, not new line, nothing. He went to his manager to help but the manager was just as clueless as the floor people.I went outside and called Verizon and got the job done with corporate Verizon. To try and get a positive outcome, the rep want me see the manager and for her to talk to him about what to do. I hand him the phone, after his conversation with corporate, he told both of us that he will be right back. Hi went to the back room and never came back out. I may be rude but this guy, well look at all the people who gave 1 star. I should have read the comments. I expected much betterThis store is an Verizon corporate store not a franchise. I am surprised how uninformed of their OWN product and services. How the company puts up with people like him. Yes, they are short staff but that is no excuse for bad behavior, worst by a manager who is to set the example.Save some time and headaches, ditch to store and call corporate if you want it done right the first time and with someone who KNOWS their company.

I went in with my elderly mom to troubleshoot her phone and ask a few question about my own service. Sarah assisted us and was so extremely patience and helpful. She went beyond what we would expect from regular customer service. I hope she gets some recognition from management because she is a stellar employee!

Went in for a phone that wasn't charging. A man at the help desk troubleshot and fixed my issue within a few minutes of me entering the store. By far, the most painless errand I've run in a long time.

You can walk into this place with $1000 in your pocket and they don’t even want it. The amount of hoops they make you jump through just to buy a cell phone outright is insane. I was actually referred to Best Buy by a rep there and thank god because it was much easier and much faster.

My phone was less than 5 months old and still under warranty. The screen would frequently turn solid black and stay like that 5-10 minutes at a time. During that time it was unable to be used or even restarted. The genius who spent an hour just gaping at it finally told me that since he can't see anything wrong with it, that I must be lying. Side note: don't ever bother to call Verizon at 611. The entire company is run by a car full of clowns.

The customer service was excellent. The manager, Joe, was very nice and helpful. He also gave me permission to do what I wanted which is all that I could’ve asked for in a store.

I've been with Verizon since 2005 and this is by far the best experience. I went in with a question about my phone. Kevin Young assisted me in finding a better phone and plan. He is knowledgeable, courteous and didn't rush us. I don't usually write reviews but Kevin deserves it.
