Great service. They just gave us support over the weekend for an aging router and will come during the week to check further. We have Airbnb guests and onsite classes here so losing internet really stresses us. Didn't have to go through bots or endless phone trees either. Excellent Internet service. They have only been down once for me in 4 years, after a particularly rough wind storm. Customer service has always been great. Last issue I had was a dead backup battery, called them, and they had a fresh battery waiting for me at their office within an hour.
