Excellent and easy to work with!
I needed a ramp installed quickly so I could leave the hospital. Even during the holidays they came out, gave an accurate estimate with multiple options, and were able to install the next day. They were easy to reach about billing and other logistics, always pleasant. Thank you Amramp for making my recovery that much easier!

Great communication with the proprietor and a sturdy, high quality ramp. Installation was a breeze. The ramp itself is a little more slippery than hoped after a slight snowstorm, but not terrible. Highly recommend this company!4* reasoning was for unexpected slipperiness.

I am very pleased with the ramp. The amount of time to have it installed was very short. Less than a week after first contact with Amramp, we had the ramp in place. I didn't give 5 stars because the ramp was expensive; more than I expected. But, I don't know how the price compares to other options.

Times have changed and, unfortunately, not for the better. When needs arise that require having to shell out some hard earned cash, making choices can be a time consuming, aggravating, and many times an insanely disappointing experience. Or, perhaps, it’s simply a gamble. Time and time again, it usually involves fifty tedious phone calls, hair loss, and trading a first-born. I’ve had two experiences with Amramp and both of them were 100% spot-on! Right from the get-go, speaking with a live, knowledgeable human being brought back memories of days gone by. Brian made the process easy and simple with zero heavy lifting. He actually listened and understood our needs without me having to repeat it six or more times. Has anyone had to deal with Comcast lately?! He explained the process, clearly articulating what to expect, then delivered on it. Imagine that!!As for the installation, the crew arrived when scheduled, quickly completed the task without any adverse impact on quality, and left the place in the same condition they found it. Really, what more could any one ask for?!The billing piece was equally well done, totally pain free, and actually a pleasant affair. Leanne was a delight to speak with, professional yet friendly, and again, A.Real.Human.Being. She took the time to ensure I understood what needed understanding. Very, very nice!Our family is very pleased the the final product, as well as the experience all together.If you’re looking for services provided by Amramp Western MA & VT, I absolutely absolutely recommend them. I am grateful.

We came home from the hospital ten days after a serious auto accident and were struggling with getting my spouse in and out of the house. Brian came personally the same day I first made contact and he was able to get a crew to fit us in the next day. It was much appreciated. I know they can’t always work that fast, but when they can, they do. We are forever grateful.
