Outstanding Service and Honest Dealership!
I had an excellent experience with Auto Connection in Springfield, VT. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.
What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency—there were no high-pressure sales tactics, just genuine people who want to help you find the right vehicle. The inventory is solid, with well-maintained, reliable cars at fair prices. They were upfront about everything, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process stress-free.

They were able to get me financed into a used Subaru WRX, without much hassle. Despite the car coming up with some issues after leaving the lot, they had it professionally diagnosed, and were able to fix some significant problems relatively fast. Normally used car dealerships won’t do that, as seen as is, tends to be deal through other places. I’m thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Definitely will be going to them again in the future! I absolutely love this car.

I've never purchased a vehicle here but I have friends who have and they've had good experiences. I recently drove a neighbor here to help her test drive a car because she had surgery on her foot and can't drive. This will be the second car she's purchased from Auto Connection and she says she really likes working with them.

Horrible used car dealer. Sold me a vehicle without any factory emissions which is illegal and a bad turbo. Initially told me he would take care of it and then did nothing. Drove off lot and engine light came on with a bad turbo code. Buyer beware.

The worst place to get a car!!!! We bought a car with them and the car has more than 5.000$ worth of problems to fix!!!! Transmission issues, brake issues, AC/Heat issues- none of which were brought to our attention prior to purchase.Ridiculous.
