“When my truck started violently shaking on a six hour trip from Vermont to New York, I stopped at the Value Service Center right when they were about to close. I was kind of in a panic because I was driving an unfamiliar vehicle and didn't know anything about the area but luckily my car failed a few miles from the Value Service Center. They were nice enough to investigate even though they were probably antsy to get home. They fixed the issue efficiently which allowed me to travel another 4 hours without any further problem. They discouraged me from continuing on the spare (I had already drove 250 miles on it) and spent 30 minutes calling around trying to locate a tire that would work for my SUV with a weird tire size.
