The other location was changing in its customer service behaviors and was no longer acceptable. What a difference. With my very first refill they called me to inquire about how I wanted to get it, delivered in the mail or pick up. I have had several conversations with them and they have been superb! Even had a glitch in a refill where they sent my refill to me, which is the usual, but when I realized I may run out before I got it in the mail they were able to reassure me that if I did I wouldn't go without. Night and day, I am very happy and satisfied with my change. They have been nothing but fabulous!”
