One of the best dealer serviceexperiences I have ever had! I was in a real bind with my truck and having to get horses from Canada before their border papers expired and Springfield GMC made sure that they overnighted the part and had it installed so that I could get on the road! I would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Kris. He made me feel super welcome and really listened to what I wanted. He really made sure I understood each step of the process and answered every question I could come up with. This would usually be a scary step for me to take but the Springfield team really made me feel at ease and taken care of. This is my second vehicle with them, but my very first brand new car.
