Justin was helpful resolving a problem I had with my steps not updating in the Health app. As we talked I discovered I could trade in my old phone for a new Apple 16 for very little change in my payment terms. I went for it.
Justin has been very helpful in the past when I’ve stopped by too. It’s a pleasure to work with him.

Both guys in the store were very helpful and accommodating. They understood my needs and what I didn't want and tailored it to make my choice in a new device and easy one. They switched my data over and the whole process took about a half hour. I would recommend this Store to anyone.

I had a problem with my Samsung. I wasn't able to get calls or texts... I had been working on the phone with Verizon customer service, and it got worse. I took it to this Verizon store, and within 10 minutes, all my problems were solved. Very courteous and polite. I will definitely be purchasing my next phone here.

Went to get a new phone at the Russell Cellular Springfield, VT location and dealt with Justin the manager, he was pleasant and knowledgeable, however, after he told us the upgrade in plan would cost $10/month, we declined the phone protection of $20/mo, he stated that I would receive an email from Verizon with all these changes, and finally, I would receive an email for my purchase of new cords and taxes I paid for the phone. Needless to say, never received the email from Verizon or the receipt for the purchase of the cords or taxes paid on the phone. The increase is $15/month, not $10 and the protection is still on the account. Left him 3 messages to call me, he never did, had to call Russell Cellular's customer support number and they got ahold of him. His comment was, sorry when I went into the account it came up $10/mo more. Not sure why it was $15. Also, I was charged $175 for a box of cords for the new phone, Justin said the cords and taxes on the phone were $175, asked for a receipt and he said one would be emailed. Have never received the receipt and the cost seems excessively high. Be cautious when dealing with Russell Cellular, seems like a deceptive business practice.

I just need to make this clear:
This review and rating is NOT asssociated with this individual location or staff, but with the corperation itself.
Verizon likes to shield itself from criticism by putting local retailers on the frontlines to interface with the angry public.
I came to say this...
Verizon has the most insultingly bad customer service in the world.
They force you to talk to robots. When the robots don't understand you, they LITERALLY hang up on you. I can't believe how RUDE a business can be and still exist.
And when you do finally find your way through the labyrinth of phone menus and automated scripts that have nothing to do with your problem, you find out they're closed.
Verizon does NOT care about providing customer service. They do NOT care about people. They ABSOLUTELY discriminate against people with speach impediments and auditory processing issues and other disabilities. The whole business needs to be burned to the ground.
I hope every executive at Verizon some day deals with the same wretched miserable life we have to deal with under them.
Verizon earns 130 BILLION DOLLARS a year. Until some of that is used to fund actual freaking humans to talk to for customer support, this review remains at 1 star.

When a salesman recommends a expensive screen protector and says if it breaks.....just bring in for a new one.....is a LIE......just happened.....have to wait 2 weeks for the new one and had to pay $10 for shipping.....Just tell the Truth!!!

Second time trying to go here during open hours and finding the store closed. Checked on google and with the hours listed on the door. Extra disappointing because I need to coordinate my visit with other members on my account.

I have a different opinion of the guy who works in the Verizon store in Springfield, VT. He was rude from the time I walked thru the door. He raised his voice to me, he argued with me and his customer service skills are terrible. I got sick of him raising his voice and walked out. He continued arguing with me as I was walking out. I ignored him. I will NEVER go back in there and I will tell my friends not to go in there either. He needs a reality check on how to treat customers. He's a real jerk!!!!!

Very friendly, go out of way to help the seniors understand these cellular phones. A big difference from the old fashion wall phones but allows more freedom.

Went in for a charger and walked out with a better understanding of my bill and the services that I am being offered with my plan. Definitely will be going back and using this location as my Verizon store.
