I've used them a couple of times and they've always been good and decently priced. The last time, I brought in an old computer that I needed to work because there was a piece of software on it I couldn't get any place else. They tried for at least an hour if not more to get it working, and, in the end they couldn't. But, I didn't get charged one cent. That impressed me.

We use Alarin Tech for our home and business and they have always been super responsive, helpful and reasonably priced. From fixing my Mac, integrating our POS systems or Wi-Fi, Dan has been nothing but professional to do business with. Highly recommend Alario!

What is wrong with these people? I dropped my laptop off a week or two ago. I came in today expecting my computer to be ready. I am easy going about this kind of thing. It wasn't ready. This, of course, is inconvenient, but, still, it's not why I am complaining. The minute I walked in the shop, the repairman's demeanor was agitated and weird. His smile was forced barely concealing his irritation. He complained that my VMs were full and that I hadn't kept up with my emails. Fair. He explained that he hadn't been able to get through. My bad. I guess. That wasn't the problem. I called them shortly after dropping the computer off. I gave them the go ahead to do the repairs at whatever the cost. I expected them to be done. It's OK. I was ready to pay for the parts and get it done. He acted really irritated at me. All I did was express that I would have wanted him to tell me that I needed to pay for the parts before the repairs could be done. Why could he not have told me when I dropped off the machine? Or when I called the shop and authorized the repairs? I was speaking in a calm tone just legitimately telling him that I had thought that I had authorized the repairs over the phone. He said something about how I needed to pay for the parts first. I said fine, but I have somewhere to be. I had authorized the repairs over the phone. The guy was so fidgety and his anger was apparent behind his false smile. Why does someone have to be so angry at someone who is about to hand him $500? At least? And that wasn't the problem. The guy is one of those sensitive types who is sensitive about his own feelings and not about the feelings of others. Sensitive guy, amiright? He was so tense and needlessly. N**** I just wanted to pay for the repairs and get my computer back. He was worried that I might abandon the computer without the repairs. I actually showed up with a credit card willing to pay for the repairs or for the parts, so his suspicion that I would have abandoned the computer was immediately proven false. He became really angry, and I only spoke in calm tones while I watched this dude just approach me searing with rage. He just handed my computer back to me with a refusal to fix it just because I was calmly stating my case. Absolute Sexism.

Saved the DAY (and then some!)Crashed a SSD in my one year old laptop. Dell agreed it would be warranteed but I would lose my computer for 12-14 days. These guys not only had the 500GB SSD ON HAND but had it installed within hours! Huge relief and just really nice people to deal with (in my panicked state, too!)

I've used Alario Tech a few times to install a graphics card on a workstation, troubleshoot and solve a network issue, but today I found myself in a jam as my charger wasn't working on my MacBook Air. Thankfully they had one saving me a trip to Burlington. Dan is always super friendly, timely, and knowledgeable which is a plus! I highly recommend Alario Tech for both personal and business related IT needs.
