I've always struggled with ski boots being too small on my feet. My toenails turn black and fall off almost every season. I let the boot fitter at Inner Bootworks know about this issue. They sized my foot and convinced me that my toe should be touching the top of the boot, so I trusted their expertise and went with the purchase after having custom made foot beds placed. Trying boots on in the store is different than on the hill, as we all know. I regret buying these boots after wearing them for the past 2 seasons. My toes, feet, and legs hate them. ive gone back to the store multiple times to tell them the boots are too small, they've tried making adjustments for me, which i appreciate, but it doesn't fix the problem. i dont recommend going here because they might size you too small/aggressively.

When my daughter complained about hurting feet while waiting for our group to show up to ski and thinking she needed new boots I realized I never bought insoles for her new boots, now about 3 years old. I looked online at insole prices (anywhere from $15-$200) and told my daughter we'd stop at Inner Bootworks in Stowe Vt to get her loving her Fisher boots again. The tech (Alecia, I think) checked her feet and noted she had low arches and said she could fit my girl with off the shelf insoles. She spent about 40 minutes taking her boot insoles out and fitting the new "blue insoles" into her boots, had her buckle them on and walk/stand around the shop for 5 minutes asking if the boots fit better and if she had any foot pain, answer "no, thank you so much". I can't imagine ordering insoles blind online and then having to fit them into your own boots when they arrive vs going to a professional boot fitter and getting the same thing for about the same price, if you take a trip to Stowe and have boots that hurt your feet stop by and have Inner Bootworks ease your pain.

Inner Boot Works went out of their way to be friendly, and resolve my ski boot issues, which turned out to be an issue I was creating. Highly recommended!!

Game changer. I had skied 12 days on my new boots. I was having significant pain and discomfort on my ankles. Devin thoughtfully evaluated my feet and my boots. $80 later and my boots are actually not painful at all. The evaluation was methodical and he listened to what was going on.

Thes guys are the best! There are a lot of shops getting into the game of fitting now but Benny has been at this for decades and has trained up a whole new generation of fitters at Inner Boatworks. I've been working with Allison and she has proven up to the challenge of fitting my high volume foot into a performance boot - no small task. I especially appreciate the incremental approach- modifying only what is necessary and where necessary each step of the way. It's definitely more work for them this way - but it's the right approach- and produces the best fit and performance possible. I highly recommend getting advice from these guys before your next purchase and working with them to get your current or next pair of boots set up and dialed in!

I got my boots adjusted by Mike today and I could not be happier. I have had multiple surgeries on the same leg (ankle and knee) so I needed my new boots fixed. I actually did not know that ski boots could fit this well. I can not recommend this shop enough. I can't believe I have been skiing for years without boots that fit this well.

Extremely helpful and patient bootfitters. Allison has been doing this for almost a decade, has received formal training and certification around boots and the foot more generally, and it shows. If you are looking for a new boot, or are having trouble with you existing one, I really can’t recommend this place highly enough.Somewhat weirdly, they charge you 50-60 bucks to check the binding release force. I’m not sure if that’s standard, but my local shop definitely would not charge for that after having purchased a big ticket item (skis or boots). That being said, still definitely go here.

Came in and Mike helped me find the perfect boot!! I was really happy with the whole experience and was told anytime I need adjustments, I can come in as it is part of buying boots directly from them.

What a great experience! I made an appointment. I could not even stand in my boots when I arrived and Jamie was able to make both boots comfortable. Amazing! Thank you so much!

Called to ask about getting boots fitted. Got a very rude man who snapped at me because they didn't have time today. A simple explanation that they are fully booked or an offer to schedule an appointment another day for would've been appropriate. Will never give them any business.
