Very clean floors are well kept and I noticed the owners vacuuming every day I was there. All the equipment are well kept and also clean. The location is easy to get to!! Owners are very nice and friendly. I only was able to sign up for a week but the price was reasonable, and affordable.

Orderly gym that provides exactly what it says, a nice place to workout when visiting Stowe . The place is extremely well kept and it is super easy to start working out, pay their $25 day pass (I did mine via Venmo), and you're good to go. They have all the essentials and upon entering, the man who seems to run the place is very friendly. The rules for the gym are all super basic gym etiquette, and he offered when we entered to explain where all the equipment is. Would definitely recommend if stopping by.

Visited my brother in Stowe for a couple of weeks and signed up to the PHIT gym. It is an excellent facility and I’d recommend to anyone visiting Stowe. A very clean facility with lots of great machines in addition to free weights.

This gym is awesome! Clean, organized, equipment is very good. They have everything you need for a good work out. I would definitely recommend for a daily pass, weekly or monthly. Ernie is a very nice guy! Hope to come back! Wish great success for PHIT Performance!

Nice gym. Very clean and professionally run. Has all the equipment you should need and they offer week and day passes for out-of-towners...perfect for weirdos like me who insist on working out even on their honeymoon. ? Ernie introduced himself the first visit and was very nice. Highly recommended.

Great gym with state of the art equipment. Sign up for a day pass was easy and the owner Ernie was very welcoming. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Stowe!

Great facility, clean, well mentained and with everything you need to work out, from the smallest dumbell to the most crazy leg workout machine (that you wouldn't find anywhere else). The owner Ernie, a real expert, was kind and helpful. He instructed us with excerices and he didn't even rush us when we run a little late pass the closing hours. If you are in Stowe, give yourself a treat and workout there!

Well equipped gym. Great atmosphere. Trainers are knowledgeable and professional. The local members are friendly. Worth a visit and certainly the membership!

4.5 stars. Small gym but it has barbells and bench and enough machines/weights to get a work out I while visiting this area.
