Living in Chicago, I reached out via email to this nearby UPS store to see if they could possibly pick the pottery up, carefully pack it and ship it. John responded within 24 hours that he would be happy to do so. I received the items today, which were securely packed and undamaged. I am thrilled and would recommend this UPS store to anyone wishing to safely ship fragile items. I was super happy that they were willing to pick up the items, too! Totally awesome transaction!”
