They regularly have out of stock items from their already small stock of groceries. They mis-price and miss-label things online, and it makes it very difficult to place online orders. The woman who brings the groceries out to your car is however incredibly kind and always makes us smile!

The accuracy of the pick up order was great. Produce Quality was great. However, we had to make a quick run into the store to find a couple extra things. When walking by the meat display, we were talking about something we needed to get and the worker who was trying to get to the meat display made a rude sound to let us know we were in his way. It was that deep Tsk sound with a big sigh on the end that comes off as being put out about something. When we went through the line to pay for our things, the checker didn't look at us. She just took our stuff scanned it and told us the price. It seemed like the man working on the meat case and the checker were NOT happy to have a job. It was our first impression of Vermont. We needed to go to the store again before leaving from vacation, but decided to go to Stowe Village grocery instead. A smile and a nice word makes a difference to your customers. You can do everything right, but then turn a customer off with your attitude.

Tiny Shaws pack with items I cant find or have a hard time finding anywhere else. The staff is very friendly there too. Definitely doing my shopping there.
