“One of the good USPS locations in Vermont - if you live here, you know how sporadic mail delivery can be. My mail is delivered on time and packages always arrive in good condition. I also went once to drop off a package, not knowing their mail room closes 1 hour before actual closing time. Because I had a pre-paid label, the person working here accepted my package at 4:45pm on a Friday. She was kind and understanding. Good USPS location!”
“Had a passport appointment, and the lady at the counter was speedy and efficient despite a very long line (and she was by herself!). I was also shocked to hear how well she spoke Russian (almost no accent). Amazing to come across in Vermont. Thanks a bunch; best vibes your way.”
“I was in Stowe on vacation and went to that post office to mail some stuff the way I've been doing for years, most of the times with no issues. (Gettysburg, PA post office is the only other post office that can't figure it out.) Stowe employee said it could not be done the way I requested because it was "too much of a grey area." (What the hell is that?) The gentleman behind the counter in Morristown apologized for Stowe's ineptness. He said the way I requested was a way that could be certainly be done but required a couple of extra steps and that the Stowe worker was just being lazy.”

“I purchased over the phone some pottery at a Stowe gallery that does not ship any of their art. Living in Chicago, I reached out via email to this nearby UPS store to see if they could possibly pick the pottery up, carefully pack it and ship it. John responded within 24 hours that he would be happy to do so. I received the items today, which were securely packed and undamaged. I am thrilled and would recommend this UPS store to anyone wishing to safely ship fragile items. I was super happy that they were willing to pick up the items, too! Totally awesome transaction!”
