Time to move everything from TD Bank to a more friendly bank. Took my mother-in-law into store, which is very difficult this time of the year. Finally got her from somebody and they wouldn’t change the phone number on her checking account. She’s 96 years old doesn’t have a drivers license. All my accounts are with the bank as well and I’m planning on moving them. There’s gotta be a more friendly Bank around.

I had to leave some sort of review for this place. All of my banking is done with Santander. I had issues with my card not working at the atm in the front hall of the TD bank building. i asked the two gentlemen at the front desk if there was another atm that i could use. They kindly said no and listened to my story. I called Santander support and we came to the conclusion that my card had a malfunction.
So i went across the street and used the atm at the bookstore. Paid for 3 $3 transaction fees but needed money for a wedding gift.
So i had a bunch of 20’s
Kinda wanted it to look more presentable than 20’s in the card, so i went back to the bank.
The two gentlemen could not have looked more excited than to help me get some higher bills. Me being a goof-ball, asked if they had $2 bills. They did! 4 $100’s, 1 $50 and 25 $2. When I was handed the cash one of the guys was looking for all different types of envelopes and even a wedding card. And all the money faced the same way!
I haven’t had a better bank experience in my life. I’ve seen people at my bank hundreds of times and never had I had this level of customer service, and I’m not even a customer of the bank.
Give the two guys that were working the front on October 4th, a raise. You must have the highest clientele retention in the country with these two dudes. Hire them as consultants. Send them to train every employee at every bank in the country.

Thank you to Shaun O'Leary the branch manager for handling some estate business for our family after our mother passed away. He was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating and made the whole process so easy. Thank you so much!

I bank with TD in Maine but I’m in town for work/fun and had to make a bank stop. Shaun the branch manager made things super easy, having stamps on hand. If you’re in the area, stop in for your banking needs

Brilliant service from Claudia today. Identified a better credit card for us to use when solving activation issues with our current card. Warm, friendly and fast service.

I'm going to miss the gang here as I have to move, but wanted to give a great call out for them. And to Shaun - Thanks for all the crisp $2s! I think you may've gotten a few customers from my telling them where to order them. Cheers guys! ?

I like the people that works here. For such a big institution, this branch feels pretty much like a local bank.

I've banked here in the past. Their online banking was pretty good, but they just kill you with fees if you make one small mistake. I'd rather do my banking with a local bank.
